The book design tells us, It is in calmness and confidence that your strength will be. I would like to begin by sharing a piece of my personal journey. Thanks to meditation, I was able to quiet that persistent little voice in my head. You know, That narrator who often confines us in a limited narrative of ourselves. I discovered that it is possible to relax this voice, To untie the knots of tension, Like gently stretching a muscle to transmute and dilute each inconsistency. Throughout this experience, I realized that we are constantly under the influence of the law of attraction. We are powerful creators. We shape our reality from the idea we have of ourselves. If we allow ourselves to be limited by this little voice, We limit the scenario of our life. But when we relax, When we let go, Fall into the arms of the infinite, Universe opens to us, Offering abundant and infinite possibilities. In the most difficult moments of my life, I learned that even the most painful experiences can be seen as illusions, Which can disappear with relaxation, Serenity, Well-being. It is certainly more difficult to access this space of peace when we are suffering. That is why it is essential to practice this work of relaxation and discovery of this space when we feel good. This practice led me to a major realization. We bathe in an unlimited environment, Deeply benevolent and peaceful, An environment where the notion of individual identity seems to merge, Where we can find a space that projects neither into the past nor into the future. A complete space, Balanced, Self-sufficient, Guaranteeing our security and tranquility. This space is our true home. So get comfortable in your bed, As you do every night. It's time to come home. Prepare yourself for a journey towards your freest creativity. Now imagine the most precious desire that you aspire to manifest in your life. This can take the form of a magnificent vehicle, Of a serene home, Of the sought-after soulmate, Or even a specific amount of money. Whatever it is, Stay true to this aspiration for the next 30 days, Thus allowing to amplify its attraction and avoid any distraction. Believe in this practice and make it a solid certainty, An unshakable promise. Breathe deeply and upon exhaling, Release this desire by accompanying it on its journey, And let it disperse beyond yourself. Release this request, This prayer, And allow it to connect with you. The creative source of the universe. Now is the time to reconnect with your breath, This life force that animates you. Breathe deeply and release gently, Thus inviting the first veil of relaxation to envelop your being. Bring your attention to the top of your head, To the place where the aura still connects. Let your forehead ease, Welcoming each sensation that emerges at the level of your eyes, And feel your nose, This gateway between the outside world and your inner world. Relax your cheeks, Your jaws, Free your mouth, The small muscles around your lips, And let your tongue rest gently by releasing all tension. Allow your face to fill with a sweet sensation of well-being. Let this gentle caress of relaxation drift along your neck, Spread to your shoulders, Releasing every muscle, Every tension. Feel this relaxation that slips into your arms. Relax your elbows and become aware of their contact with you. Let your fingers connect with the support. Perhaps you'll notice that your thoughts have slowed down, More spaced out. As relaxation continues its journey through your thoughts, Relax your thorax. Your path leads you to the center of this lush jungle, Where a mysterious tree majestically rises. Its imposing trunk, As if made of precious stones, Stretches towards the heavens. Its leaves, Gently rocked by the breeze, Sparkle with a thousand fires. You approach the tree respectfully, Amazed by its grandeur. With astonishment, You notice graceful links similar to golden threads moving. They slowly approach you. It seems to want to connect to your heart. A wave of apprehension passes through you. It is quickly replaced by excitement at the idea of the experience that awaits you. This tree exudes an aura of friendship, An open invitation to exploration and connection. Driven by the harmony that bathes the place, You let yourself go. The links with surprising delicacy connect to your heart. It is a unique feeling of well-being and harmony that then invades you, As if you were suddenly connected to the very essence of the tree, To the very essence of this planet. You hear a soft and soothing voice that seems to come from the tree itself. Traveler, Formulate your wish. Your heart palpitates in your chest, Not from fear, But from anticipation and curiosity. You are about to experience something extraordinary. You feel it deep inside you. You breathe deeply, Then slowly you express your desire, Letting it rise towards the luminous branches of the tree.
