Tonight we will explore an essential theme,

That of releasing emotional shells and awakening to a deep and true authenticity.

This meditation will invite you to gently dive into this space where your heart,

Often protected by old mechanisms,

Aspires to express itself freely.

I will guide you to dissolve these now unnecessary defenses and reconnect with that spontaneous and vibrant life force that slumbers deep within you.

Together we will fully welcome each emotion and celebrate the richness of your true being To sustainably integrate the benefits of this practice,

I recommend listening to it regularly,

Ideally for 30 days.

This time allows your unconscious to reprogram itself and cultivate a new inner terrain conducive to emotional freedom.

Now get comfortable in your bed.

Take a few moments to find the most comfortable position.

Make sure you won't be disturbed.

The meditation will begin shortly.

Close your eyes gently and take a moment to feel the air entering your nostrils.

Let each inhalation fill your mind with a gentle clarity.

Allow each exhalation to dissipate all tensions.

A bit like a breath carrying away an ephemeral cloud.

Breathe deeply and exhale slowly.

Even more deeply while letting your entire body become increasingly tranquil.

Now bring your attention to the top of your head,

To your scalp.

Imagine that this area opens slightly to the light like a flower blooming at dawn.

Feel like a breeze of calm and peace brushing your skull.

Let it invite itself into each of your hairs,

Each cell of your head.

And as this breeze slowly descends,

It carries away everything that no longer serves you.

Giving way to a new lightness.

Your forehead relaxes,

Becoming smooth like a peaceful lake at twilight.

Your eyebrows release.

Your eyelids become softer as if they were ready to float in a dream.

Your jaw frees itself from all tensions that vanish.

Replaced by a sensation of lightness.

Take a slow inhalation,

Then exhale as if letting out a beneficial sigh.

Bring your attention down to your neck,

To your shoulders.

Imagine that a light stream of warm water flows from the top of your head.

Sliding like a stream along your neck.

Your trapezius muscles.

Untying each tension.

One knot after another.

Until your shoulders become so light that they seem to float.

And with each breath you feel more free.

More present.

Now let this wave of serenity slowly travel through your arms.

From the root of your shoulders to the tips of your fingers.

Feel the warmth diffusing into your biceps.

Into your elbows.

Your forearms.

Imagine your hands opening like two delicate flowers.

Releasing all stagnant energy.

All unnecessary effort.

Keeping only what nourishes you deeply.

Now focus your attention on your chest and observe the rhythm of your breathing.

With each inhalation you can feel your heart pulsing inside.

Like an inexhaustible source of life.

Let this source diffuse a gentle light in your chest.

Filling your ribcage with infinite tranquility.

Diluting any heavy emotion.

And on your exhalations this calm spreads all around you.

Now descend a little lower to your belly.

And feel the regular movement of this area that rises and falls.

Like waves in the ocean at twilight.

Imagine that each breath further unties internal tensions.

And at the same time your back.

From the spine to the lower back.

Relaxes completely.

Visualize each vertebra aligning in perfect balance.
