This moment has been divinely orchestrated for you to connect with this divine space of love,
Of trust,

If you haven't already,
Now is that perfect time to close down your eyes,
Gently allowing your awareness to shift inside,
Drawing your attention to your inner world,
The inner sanctuary of the self.
With your awareness turned inward,
Gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each breath to be slower and softer than the one before,
Slowing down with the breath,
Falling gently into this present moment with the breath.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Your spirit guided you here today to fully receive what is yours to receive and be here in the presence of this moment.
If thoughts drift in,
Simply allow them to float on by,
No need to force them away.
Simply observe whatever is present for you and continuously bring your awareness back to your breath,
Back to your inner world,
Back to the presence of this moment.
Now,
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Gently draw your awareness of the breath into your sacred heart space in the center of your precious chest.
With each breath in to the heart,
Feel this space expand,
And with each breath out,
Invite your body to relax,
Feeling the heart expand and allowing your body to gently let go and relax into this moment.
Each breath taking you deeper into your heart,
Deeper into the relaxation of your body,
Deeper into this one true moment.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Feeling your heart expand and your body let go and relax,
Allow yourself to bring into your body the feeling and the energetic vibration of love.
What does love truly feel like to you?
What does love feel like to you?
With each breath,
Allow yourself to drop deeper into this feeling of love,
Feeling as this love wraps around you and holds you tight in this vibrant field,
Allowing all the parts of you to be nourished by this love.
Each breath expanding you,
Relaxing you,
And dropping you deeper into this healing field of love.
Allowing all the cells and particles in your being to be uplifted by this divine love.
As you continue to connect with your heart and to feel this precious place,
Take a moment to ask your heart,

And how can I hold space to have more faith in my own knowing?

And how can I hold greater faith for my own knowing?
With the next deep breath into your heart,
Take a moment,
Gently ask,
What commitment can I make from this day forward to more deeply trust the wisdom I hold?
And what commitment can I make to myself from this day forward to more deeply trust the wisdom I hold?
And with the next breath,
Draw your awareness back into that very central space within your divine heart.
Reconnect with each deep breath.
And for a few moments,
Just simply allow the wisdom that has unfolded to integrate throughout your entire body and field.
Breathing deeply into the heart,
Allowing yourself to be present here,
As the wisdom integrates.
Breathing deeply,
Allow yourself to return to the feeling of love.
Inviting this vibration of love to once again arise.
Allow yourself to be held in this field once more.
Helping you let go of any insecurities or pains from the past that are no longer serving you.
Helping you drop more deeply into trust for yourself and faith in the life you live.
Breathe deeply and receive this love.
And with the next breath,

And then gently begin drawing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.
Bringing gentle movements to the fingers and toes and letting the body move in any way it's called to move.
