Welcome,
Dear one,
To this guided meditation intended to help you relax your mind and body and drop more deeply into your precious heart.
At this time,
I'd like to invite you to find that comfortable space and gently close down your beautiful eyes,
Allowing your awareness to drift inside,
To your inner world,
That inner space,
And gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each breath to be a little softer,
A little slower than the way you normally breathe,
Slowing down with the breath,
Making space with the breath,
And inviting each breath to guide your body into a space of deep relaxation,
Feeling as all the muscles in your body begin to let go as you breathe deep and slow,
Maybe you can even allow your exhale to extend out just a little longer than the inhale,
Helping to send a signal to the mind that it's time to relax,
It's time to slow down,
And then taking a moment to gently scan through your body,
Bringing this breath into any spaces where there's tension or resistance,
And allowing this breath to move through the muscles,
And release any resistance,
Feel as your body begins to soften,
And feel as your body begins to let go,
And if you notice that your mind is trying to distract you,
Or call your body away from this relaxation,
Just simply observe whatever is arising now,
And then let it float away,
And call your awareness back to your breath,
Call your focus of attention back to the body,
To the experience of softening,
Of relaxing,
Of letting go,
Allowing your body to become lighter with each breath,
Inviting your body to become softer with each breath,
And feeling as this relaxation moves deep within all the cells and particles of your being,
Helping to release and remove anything that isn't serving you at this time,
Feeling calm,
Feeling comforted as you breathe deeply and are present with the breath,
And now,
As your body continues to relax,
And your mind softens and lets go,
Gently shift your awareness into your sacred heart space,
In the center of your chest,
Feeling as your breath flows through your heart,
Connecting in with the precious beating of your radiant heart,
Feeling the brilliance of your heart with each breath,
And as you breathe,
Allowing your heart space to expand,
As if cracking open for the very first time,
Opening you up to the abundance of love that is available to you now,
Opening you up to the miracles that are flowing to you now,
And as your heart opens even more,
Feel as the body relaxes,
Feel as the mind slows,
Inviting you to be fully present,
Here,
With your precious heart,
Feeling as the light pours in,
Helping to nourish and heal you,
Helping to soothe you,
Present with the breath,
Present with the heart,
Feeling your heart center expand,
And inviting the love and light in,
Allowing yourself to fully receive all that is yours to receive,
Still breathing deep,
Still breathing slow,
Still opening the heart,
And welcoming in all the love and all the light that is showering down upon you now,
And feeling as this love moves through all the particles and cells in your being,
Helping to nourish you,
Helping to uplift you,
Helping to heal you,
And feeling as any resistance dissolves,
And your body becomes lighter,
Feeling as any impurities dissolve,
And your mind becomes clearer,
Trusting that the love of your heart knows just what to do to heal all parts and pieces of you,
And as you breathe deep,
As you breathe slow,
See if you can allow yourself to open your heart even more,
Can you allow yourself to receive the purity of this love,
Can you allow yourself to believe in the power of this love,
You are a brilliant soul,
And everything you have ever desired is waiting for you to open your heart and receive,
You need not do anything to be worthy of all that is already yours,
All you need to do is open your heart,
Open your arms to the miracles that are already yours,
Stepping out of your own way and allowing yourself to fully embrace everything you could ever desire,
Everything that you have been waiting for,
With each continued breath allow yourself to open just a little more,
Letting go of any thoughts or perceptions about what makes you worthy,
What makes you ready,
And allowing yourself to dissolve into the fullness of who you are,
Welcoming in the miracles of life,
Welcoming in what's already yours,
Now with the next breath in,
Gently begin bringing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you,
Allowing your body to move in whatever way it feels called to move,
Integrating this energy of love,
Integrating this energy of receiving,
And then when you find that you are ready,
And when you feel called,
Gently open your eyes and return your awareness to this precious present time.
