Gently close down your eyes,
Drifting your awareness inside.
Gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each breath to be a little softer,
A little slower,
And a little deeper than the last.
And as your breath deepens and slows,
Invite your body and mind to relax.
Invite the fullness of who you are to be present here in this moment.
As you continue to allow your breath to be deep and slow,
Gently drift your awareness into your sacred heart space in the center of your chest.
You may choose to place one or both hands on top of your heart to create a physical connection with this space,
Or you can simply visualize the breath moving through the front and back of your heart,
Allowing your body to relax with the breath,
Inviting the mind to slow down with the breath,
Present in the heart,
Present with the breath.
And as we continue to breathe deeply into the heart,
We're going to allow our heart to help us find those places in time that have placed swords,
Blocks,
Barriers on our heart.
Breathing deeply and breathing slowly,
Allow yourself to be fully present and fully aware,
Letting arise from within where that first sword was placed.
That moment in time of heartbreak,
That moment of pain,
Without searching for it,
Simply allowing it to arise from within the heart.
When this moment can be witnessed,
Simply allowing yourself to be aware of where this sword was placed,
Without judgment or criticism,
A simple awareness is all.
And then visualize that sword being removed from your heart and placed into a solid piece of stone that can contain this memory and release it back to the earth,
Back to love.
Then returning your awareness to the heart,
Allowing your breath to be deep and slow,
Feeling the gentle beating of your precious heart.
Allow your heart to show you that moment in time when that second sword was placed in your heart,
Without judgment or the need for things to have been any different than they were,
Simply becoming aware of where and when that sword was placed.
And as this moment arises from within the heart,
Visualizing that sword being removed from the heart and placed into that solid piece of stone of rock,
Returning that energy back to love,
Back to the earth,
Back to its appointed place in the universe.
Then gently feeling back into the heart,
Breathing deeply,
Breathing slowly,
Feeling the gentle beating of your precious heart,
Present with the heart,
And allow that third moment in time when that sword was placed in your heart to arise from within,
Without fear,
Simply witnessing and holding space for that moment in time.
And then as you breathe deeply,
Visualize as this sword is removed from your heart and placed into that solid piece of stone of rock,
Returning that energy back to love,
Back to the earth,
Back to the earth,
Back to the earth,
Back to the earth,
Back to the precious beating of your heart,
And inviting yourself to begin attuning to the love of your sacred heart,
To begin feeling the love and the peace that is generated from deep within,
Beginning to tap into the love of your heart,
To tap into the love of the universe,
With each breath inviting yourself to drop more deeply into this energy of love,
Into this healing vibration of the heart.
You're going to go back through those experiences of your life,
Sending each version and memory of you love for that moment in time,
Continuing to breathe deeply and slowly,
Feeling the love of your heart.
Begin sending that first moment in time,
This energy of love,
Feeling the love of your heart as it pulses with each beat of this precious place,
And witnessing as this energy moves from your heart to that moment in time,
Providing healing and nourishment,
And feeling as this love swirls all around that memory,
All around your body,
And allowing this memory to be healed with the energy of love,
To be healed by love,
Feeling as your body becomes lighter,
Your mind more at ease,
And then letting this moment go,
Returning to the heart,
Returning to love,
Feeling the love of your heart,
And gathering up this love and sending it off to that second moment in time,
To that second memory,
Allowing this love to heal you,
To heal the memory of this moment,
Present in your heart,
Present with love,
Feeling as this love pulses from your heart into that moment in time,
Helping to nourish this memory and heal this version of you,
And then letting this moment flow away with the wind,
Returning your awareness to your heart,
Feeling back into the energy of love,
Feeling back into the truth of your heart,
And with the next breath and beat of your heart,
Gathering up this energy of love and sending it into that third moment in time,
That third memory and space in your heart,
Feeling as this love ripples out to that moment,
To that version of you,
Allowing this love to nourish and heal you,
Feeling as with each breath you attune more deeply to love,
As with each breath this moment in memory is returned to love,
And then gently letting this moment go,
Returning to the central space of your heart,
Feeling the precious beating of your heart,
Allowing yourself to relax into the love and truth of who you are,
Dropping into this love and letting it move through the heart,
Fill any spaces that need a little extra healing,
And inviting this love to continue moving through you,
Helping to heal and nourish you,
And simply taking a moment to notice if there are any places that are still calling for more love,
And let this love enter into these spaces,
And with the next breath in,
Take a moment to check in with your body,
Mind and field,
Noticing any subtle shifts or changes that may have occurred,
Witnessing any wisdom that may have arose,
And then gathering up as much love of your heart as you can,
And bringing it with you as you bring your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you,
Bringing gentle movements to the fingers and toes,
And allowing your body to move in whatever way it's called to move,
And when you find yourself ready,
When you feel called,
