Greetings and welcome to this guided visualization,

A celestial experience with your higher self,

An opportunity to ascend and connect with your soul,

Tapping into your soul's calling so you can sow seeds of light into your consciousness.

Before we get started,

Set your intention for what you'd like to experience during this meditative visualization practice.

Get comfortable if you choose to get seated or lying down.

I invite you to open,

Open mind,

Open heart,

Open body,

Open spirit,

Opening,

Centering in your breath,

Arriving,

Arriving in the now,

Arriving in this moment,

Opening,

Centering,

And arriving.

Relaxed and awake.

Your body relaxed,

Your consciousness awake.

I invite you to put one hand on your heart,

Put one hand on your stomach,

Arrive at your breath,

Arrive at your breath.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your stomach,

Keeping them here for the duration of the practice,

Anchoring to your body,

Arriving at your breath,

Bringing your awareness into your body,

Into your hands.

My mind is in my body.

Any affirmations we use today,

I invite you to have the words come out of your mouth,

Saying them and uttering them into reality.

Hand on heart,

Hand on stomach,

Feeling even more into your body,

Arriving even more into the present.

My mind is in my body.

I call all parts of me back to this present moment.

My mind slows to four beats per minute.

You don't have to understand these affirmations or commands.

I bring my presence into my body.

I call all parts of me back to me now.

My mind is in my hands.

I am present in my body.

Breathing,

Using your diaphragm as you inhale,

Letting your stomach expand with your breath.

As you exhale,

Feeling your stomach contracting.

Inhale and exhale,

Deepening even more into awareness,

Even more into the present.

Visualizing yourself surrounded by a circle of light.

Visualize a circle of light around you now as you maintain your awareness in your body,

Deepening your awareness,

Deepening your presence in the here,

In the now.

Visualizing this circle of light encapsulating,

Wrapping you with a divine light,

A sacred space.

Feeling even safer,

Even more protected,

Even more embodied.

As you do this,

I invite you to inhale from your hand on your stomach up the left side of your stomach to the hand on your heart then exhale down the right side from the hand on your heart to the hand on your stomach,

Creating a circuit,

Like you're playing ping pong with your breath as you inhale up the left side from the hand on your stomach to the hand on your heart,

Exhale down the right side from the hand on your heart to the hand on your stomach,

Creating a cosmic orbit with your breath.

Inhaling up the left side,

Exhaling down the right side.

Inhale up the left,

Exhale down the right,

Deepening your awareness,

Creating a cycle with your breath,

An orbit with your breath.

Inhaling up the left side from one hand to the other,

Exhaling down the right side from one hand to the other,

Deepening with this breath cycle.

And as you do this,

Draw your awareness to the top of your head,

Draw your awareness to the top of your head.

As you continue to breath up the left,

Down the right,

I'm both in my body and in my energy field.

I'm both here and there,

Allowing these words to guide your consciousness,

Drawing your awareness to the crown as you breathe up the left,

Maintaining this cycle of breath.

Feeling into your crown chakra,

Opening it like a valve.

Feeling your crown chakra,

Feeling a white ball at the top of your head.

This is your crown chakra.

As you exhale,

Drop down,

Descending into your center of your brow,

Opening your third eye.

Allow these affirmations to come out of your mouth.

As you exhale,

Drop down into your throat chakra,

The center of your throat.

As you continue to breathe,

Inhaling up the left,

Exhaling down the right,

Feeling a ball of violet light here,

Opening this center of energy.

As you exhale,

Drop down into your throat.

As you continue to breathe,

Inhaling up the left,

Exhaling down the right,

Opening your throat chakra.

I open my throat chakra.

I express,

Feeling a blue ball of light,

Like a valve opening and a blue ball of light glowing here.

Feeling your chakras connecting as you open them,

One by one as we descend deeper,

Now into your heart chakra,

Where you have a hand placed.

Feeling into your heart chakra,

Breathing in and out here,

I open my heart chakra,

Feeling it open.

I am loving.

I am lovable.

I am love,

Breathing in and out here,

Feeling a green ball opening,

Then descending one more time now,

The center of your stomach right above where your other hand is placed.

I open my solar plexus chakra.

I open my solar plexus chakra,

Breathing in and out,

Inhale and exhale,

Feeling a yellow ball of light here.

I trust.

I trust in the divine plan unfolding.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Descend down one more time to where your other hand is placed on your abdomen,

Opening your sacral chakra now.

I open my sacral.

I matter.

I am worthy,

Feeling an orange ball of light filling this area,

Dropping down one more time to the root,

Visualizing your root chakra opening now,

Visualizing a red ball of light.

Visualize yourself now descending through to your legs.

I root.

I am rooted.

I am grounded.

Feel yourself in your feet.

Feel the soles of your feet opening now.

Feel the soles of your feet opening and roots growing out of them,

Deep into the earth,

Deep into the earth as you maintain your breath,

One hand on your heart,

One hand on your stomach still,

Inhaling up the left,

Exhaling down the right side of your abdomen,

Rooting into the earth,

Visualizing roots growing below you,

Your consciousness going deeper into the earth,

Deeper into the earth through the layers,

Through the layers of the earth,

The plant kingdom,

Going deeper still,

The mineral kingdom,

The stone,

Going deeper into the heart of the earth,

Deeper still into the beating heart of the earth.

I am rooted.

The earth sustains me.

Feeling the beat of the earth below you pulsating up through these roots,

Drawing life force up with your breath,

Inhaling up through these roots,

This life force,

Releasing as you exhale any heavy energy,

Any heavy energy to mother earth,

To be alchemized,

To be transformed,

Inhaling up the left,

Exhaling down the right,

Inhaling up the left,

Exhaling down the right,

Feeling your breath becoming one with the beat of the earth.

I am grounded.

Drawing this life force up into your feet,

Visualizing a staircase of light,

Visualize a staircase of light in front of you now,

Visualize a staircase of light emerging in your mind's eye,

The celestial staircase as you breathe with a hand on your heart,

Hand on your stomach,

Deeply immersed in the field of consciousness,

Open,

Visualizing this staircase as you step onto it,

Walking up,

Ascending in frequency as you rise,

Feel yourself ascending in frequency,

Taking a step higher every time on this cosmic staircase,

Ascending in frequency as you walk up above the room you're in,

Looking around,

Walking up into the upper stratosphere,

Ascending in frequency,

Feel yourself rising up into the cosmos,

Looking around,

Seeing the moon and the stars around you as you take another step higher still,

Raising up in frequency with every step,

Entering the celestial plane,

Seeing at the end of the staircase bright light,

Almost like you can walk out into a natural celestial environment,

Feel yourself emerging,

Allow these higher energies to assimilate into your body,

As you acclimate to this celestial environment,

What do you see,

What are you smelling,

Drawing out towards this being's heart,

The pulse coming back,

Allowing these energies to water and nurture them as you slowly see them sprouting in this miraculous realm.

Watching these seedlings sprouting before your eyes.

Feeling the joy lighting up as you inhale and exhale.

Seeing these seeds of light ripen in your consciousness before your very eyes.

Visualizing them in your mind's eye.

Visualizing these seeds of light sprout sprouting as this water that's coming out of your heart is nurturing them.

As this belief,

This divine faith,

This divine trust you are instilling celestial energy supporting.

Visualize them in your mind's eye.

Visualize the scenes in the future of your calling taking shape.

Of your purpose being actualized.

Of your seeds for the self,

For the tribe and your world around you taking shape.

See these seeds around you.

Feel them emerging.

Smell them,

Taste them,

Feel them with all of the fullness of your being as you inhale and exhale.

Affirming this reality for yourself.
