Guiding through a few types of breathing and associating the sound of breathing to the ocean does help with grounding.

I have this as one of my daily routines for my morning meditations. When I first tried it, the background music really took me by surprise in a way that made me uncomfortable…INITIALLY. But now it’s one of the reasons why I love this meditation. It helps me to visualize the spinal fluids really moving. I would love to see a longer version of this if you ever feel inspired to make another. 🙏🏼

Hi Shelby👋 I was not really familiar with this type of breathing and would’ve appreciated a longer version of this technique. I did however keeep practicing after your meditation ended which resulted in my mind slowing right down and I ended with a smile. Thank you🌷
