Experience the beauty and renewal that comes when a new month begins. We will inhale deeply and exhale slowly as we begin to get curious about what we choose to bring in to this new month. Will it be more love, joy, grounding, stillness, play? It's up to you! Thank you for choosing you.

Welcome to this meditation for a new month.

A new month represents renewal,

A chance to begin again.

We get to welcome new possibilities.

We get to show up a little more for ourselves and for others and learn from experiences.

So let's begin by getting in a comfortable position,

Either sitting up or laying down,

Whatever feels good for you right now.

And begin to notice your breath without trying to change anything.

I invite you to observe the rhythm of your breath.

Observe the depth of your breath and any sensation you may be having.

Again,

Not trying to change anything,

Allowing everything in your current experience to be here.

And let's begin by taking an inhale through your nose and an exhale through your mouth.

Sigh it out.

One more deep inhale through your nose and a slow exhale.

Sigh it out.

And continuing to get curious about your thoughts,

About any sensations you are feeling in this moment.

And I invite you to envision what you know this new month has in store for you.

And as you do,

Feel into the connection between mind and body.

And as you take another inhale through your nose,

Begin to get clear on what you want to bring into this month.

Is it more love?

More ease?

More grounding?

More stillness?

More joy?

More play?

And exhale it out.

Let's take another inhale and an exhale.

And as you continue in this breathing pattern,

Bring some awareness around what you want more of.

It's not a question we often ask ourselves.

So allow whatever comes up to come up.

Let's take another inhale through your nose and exhale to sigh it out.

Beginning to bring in all of your senses to deepen your connection of mind and body.

What do you hear in this moment?

What do you feel in this moment?

What can you smell?

What can you taste in your mouth?

And what can you see?

What visions do you have behind closed eyes?

And begin to embody all of it.

Connect even deeper.

Let's take one more inhale together.

Maybe the biggest inhale you've taken all day.

And when you get to the top,

Take one more sip of air.

And sigh it out.

I hope you have a beautiful month and the one that brings you everything you want.
