Hello and welcome.
Today's guided meditation and healing is called the fire and the softness.
We're going to connect with the liver's fire and the feminine softness that cools it,
Feeling the harmony and strength and surrender within you.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable space where you will not be interrupted for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
This is time for you.
Throughout this process I'm going to be asking for consent to go into different areas of your body.
Everything is with consent.
If you don't consent or you don't want me to enter your energetic field then the energy will simply go around you.
This is your body,
Your life and you get to choose if you want these changes or not.
Okay,
So asking consent to enter your field and to take you on this guided journey.
Just nod your head or say yes out loud.
We're going to start with some simple belly breathing to center us in this space and connect us to our body.
So close down your eyes and focus on your breath in and out.
Center yourself in this room bringing yourself back from all the things you have had to do today and all the things you may have to do tomorrow.
Settle yourself and give yourself permission to be here in this experience and have a wonderful healing.
Big deep breath in and allow your belly to fill all the way up and rise and let the breath all the way out and feel your belly drop.
Allow your mind to clear and feel yourself breathing in and breathing out slowly and with purpose.
Breathe in and breathe out and with this next breath I want you to start to relax your body and let all the tension go.
Feeling your body sink into the surface beneath you knowing you are safe and protected at all times.
Breathe in and breathe out peacefully and calmly.
Good.
Breathe in and breathe out relaxing your body.
I'm asking permission to access your liver.
Your liver is a big organ with a big job.
It produces bile,
Filters blood,
Processes our hormones,
Clears toxins,
Makes enzymes and it stores nutrients among lots of other jobs and sometimes it can get overwhelmed with all the jobs that it has to do.
The poetry of the liver,
The love story.
He stands as a warrior,
The fiery fierce protector burning with strength and determination,
Holding the flame ensuring that no harm comes near.
She with grace allows the heat to soften,
To dissipate,
Knowing when to yield and when to release.
In their union the fire finds its peace,
The intensity finds its calm.
Together they bring balance,
A fierce protector and a gentle healer,
Working as one to restore harmony.
Good.
How beautiful is that love story.
Let's head inside the liver.
Let's have a look and see what's happening in here.
Oh it's fiery and I see over there the injustice.
Can you see it?
The outrage,
The it's not fair.
I see the fierce protector here.
The liver is where the anger from injustice hangs out.
I need to ask you a question here.
Would you like to release that anger,
That reaction,
That possible retaliation from this injustice?
If that is a yes,
Please nod or say yes out loud.
Let's bring in some grace,
Some presence,
Some calmness in the form of a very fine mist and let it softly,
Softly sprinkle down over the liver and feel the anger start to subside with that connection,
With that love,
With that grace.
Hear the noise it makes,
The shh as it disperses.
Good.
Allow that to keep happening and allow it just to continue to release.
Shhh.
Out goes all of that pent-up hostility.
Now that it's calmer and more approachable,
Let's ask the question,
What is fueling that injustice?
Let the image come.
Let the image come.
It could be I don't have control over whatever situation's happening.
I feel out of control and I'm angry that I don't have control over that control.
I'm fearful that I feel out of control.
It could be something physical that happened in the day and it could be someone stole my parking space.
You know,
They saw me with my indicator on and they took the space anyway.
And it allowed that frustration and that fury and the injustice over the inconsiderate action of that other person.
And all those emotions are relevant.
We're not here to dismiss them because they're valid.
We are simply going to allow them to be.
With calmness,
Peace and grace,
We are going to filter them through.
We're going to process them just as the liver processes everything else in our body.
That's its job.
It processes.
But you have to allow it to process.
You have to give it the permission.
You have to say I am willing and able to release the injustice and to let it subside with grace and ease.
I want you to see this wave,
That wave of injustice rise up and with the feminine grace,
Let it release out.
If you are willing and if you are able.
And here is the next wave.
Up it comes.
Let it rise up.
It's okay.
Allow it.
Say yes please.
Rise up so that I can apply the forgiveness and the release with the willingness and the grace and then let it subside and release out.
Good.
Let that continue that process.
Let it wash up.
Good.
And let it release out.
While that's happening,
I want to tell you in reality,
Is there any point in hanging on to the fact that some unobservant and rude person took your parking space?
No.
There's not.
Like what does that serve?
And I want your body to be able to recognize that.
And having that lack of control,
That's okay.
You need to be able to feel calm within that moment because when you release,
Your body will just surrender into the uncertainty and everything will become still and calm.
Good.
That's perfect.
Let it filter out.
Breathe.
That's it.
And as these waves rise up and you release them out,
I want you to feel the calmness,
The stillness that's coming into the liver and it feels better.
It feels released and light and you feel calm and safe.
You start to feel strong and you actually start to feel in control of your emotions and not needing to be fiery and fiercely protective.
Good.
Just breathe here in this space.
Breathe in.
Good.
And out.
Excellent.
Nice big deep breaths.
That's it.
And when you're ready,
I want you to bring your focus back to your breath.
In.
That's it.
And out.
Good.
Bring your awareness back to this space that you're in.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Hearing the sounds around you.
Focusing on my voice.
Bringing your awareness back into the room.
Coming all the way back into now.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and becoming fully awake and fully aware.
Good.
Knowing that you can go back to this meditation at any time that you feel trapped and bogged down in your emotions or you just feel overwhelmed like you can't get a full breath.
This is here for you at any time.
Well done.
