Explore MeditationSarah's background as a yoga teacher, artist and designer has created a path for her to work as an integrative meditation guide and teacher. Her passion for awareness and consciousness modalities is born from a journey to find peace, calm and confidence in all aspects of life. Sarah creates meditations designed to release the mind into the reality you find yourself in, for making space to expand the boundaries of connectivity, creativity and ultimately your very own brand of bliss. Having a life long interest in developing conscious awareness, Sarah volunteered for the Nyingma Institute (Berkeley and Amsterdam) and taught yoga and meditation at the Miyoga Club in Caulfield. She has trained as meditation teacher at the Australian Centre of Mindfulness and Meditation and teaches weekly classes in her home town in Gippsland, Australia.
