Just take a moment to find that quiet space.
Within yourself.
Take a breath.
And just be aware of your physicality.
Be aware of your thoughts.
Be aware of your feelings.
These are all temporary.
Your body changes.
Your thoughts come and go.
The feeling of you,
The emotion of you.
It can be a rollercoaster.
But also a serene pool.
What's that part within you?
That is ever-present.
That part that's been with you since birth.
The essence of you being.
That part of you that comes forward when you are not searching.
You are not solving.
You are not.
Doing.
It comes into focus when you are simply being.
Being yourself.
Being a human being.
It's the part of you that just resonates.
And your emotions,
Your mentality,
Your physicality.
Just gives you a glimpse of what you are not.
But also gives you an insight,
A deeper insight.
Into what you actually are.
And manifestation.
Within this reality.
A tool that you can use,
That you can experience,
That you can evolve.
That will bring forward the presence of your being.
That can embody love on this planet.
Can embody love.
And get you one step closer to the nature of who you are.
The nature of Mother Earth.
But also the nature of you.
What makes you,
You?
It's a deep question and something that should be evolved,
Something that you should sit with.
So I'll just take a moment within this space.
Don't go anywhere.
But just as you ask yourself the question.
What is the ever-presence of me?
Just sit.
Feel and listen to the feedback of your body.
Allow your emotion to give you the experience.
And allow your mind just to be the observer where you can connect more deeply.
To the spirituality of you.
But to also put that down.
To put that in a space where it just is aware of its surroundings.
This is not a meditation.
This is an active realization.
You are relaxed,
But you are aware.
You are just simply breathing.
You are simply experiencing yourself.
Any thoughts that come and go,
Just allow them to come and go.
Any feelings that arise,
Just allow the experience.
Don't go anywhere.
Your body is the tool that will give you the feedback.
When you're processing,
When you're healing.
When you're experiencing the world around you and others within it.
Just allow whatever comes up to be the experience of this moment.
It's nothing more.
It's nothing less.
It's just a beautiful experience of this moment.
When any questions come into your mind.
Just recognise and release and come back to the question of.
.
.
What part of me?
Has been with me since I was born.
What part of me has been with me every step of my journey?
Through the good and the bad.
Through the emotional rollercoaster,
The physical changes.
The evolution of my own philosophy.
What part of you?
Has always supported you,
Always loved you,
Always been there for you when you've gone through these experiences.
It's a gentle sound in the background.
It's a gentle feeling that's a little bit deeper than all the others.
It's that space we find when we don't chase anything,
We don't go anywhere,
We don't want to be anything.
It's a space of contentment.
Of happiness.
Of joy.
Just sit for a moment within that space.
If anything comes up.
That makes you feel something different.
Just recognize and release because it is only temporary.
It is not you.
It is the feedback of your experience in the moment,
Nothing more.
But something so beautiful.
So encapsulating.
So.
Total.
That you become immersed within that experience.
Just allow that immersion.
Allow that feedback.
And find that space just beneath.
The presence of you.
The foundation of you.
And just take a moment now.
Just to go one.
Step.
Further.
Be aware of your body.
Step back from your emotions.
Be the observer of your own experience.
Allow the spirit to move freely through you.
All they are doing is giving you the feedback.
Of the presence of you.
What's that part?
That part that just becomes a little bit clearer in this space.
Where you feel relaxed but aware.
You feel expansion.
You feel love.
The love of yourself,
The love of your own being.
And just sit.
For a moment.
In the love of your own soul.
