Just take a moment to find that quiet space within yourself.
And just take a breath.
You are unique.
You don't have to be anything for anybody.
You can just be yourself.
The question arises,
Well.
.
.
Who am I?
What is self?
That moment,
That time.
Within your life.
That is unchanging.
That part of you that's always been present.
Think back for a moment.
Feel back for a moment.
And just remember.
That time,
That feeling of you.
That has always been with you.
Your body changes,
It grows,
It evolves,
It takes on the bruises and the bashing of this world.
You get scars that heal,
That heal stronger.
That give you the experience of this life,
Of this reality.
But it is ever-changing.
Your body is your vehicle for your experience.
It is part of you and you are part of it.
But it is not you.
Is just one part of who you are within this reality,
So just think back.
And just feel back.
Into that space.
Where you are ever present.
That part of you that has never changed.
That part of you that is always there.
Quietly.
Sensitively.
Nurturing you.
That part of you that It's pure love.
That has love for you and shares that love with the world.
It's not your emotion.
It's deeper than that.
Emotions come and go,
They change and evolve.
And I think.
.
.
I feel.
I touch.
I taste.
I smell.
None of those are you.
They are the tools you use for this experience.
To give you the feedback.
To give you the knowledge,
The information of the world around you.
But importantly for you to express that part of you that is ever present.
That uniqueness which is you.
People are similar,
People can experience the same things in their own unique way.
But they are not you.
They don't understand that part of you like you do they can't work it out.
Your mind touches on the parts of you that love,
That feeling.
The song that resonates,
The sonnet that makes sense,
The book that is written about your life and your experience of love.
Ah,
It makes sense.
But it only makes sense because you touch the uniqueness,
The ever-present feeling.
Awareness.
Awareness of you.
Your being.
Your sensitivity.
Your experience of love for yourself.
So it is not your mind.
It is not your emotion which is not your body because these things are ever-changing,
Ever-evolving.
Just sit with that for a moment.
We get caught up sometimes in this world.
We become our thoughts.
We think we are our emotions.
We think the body reflects the true self.
Where does our spirit sit within this?
The spirituality of us.
Well that's something a little bit different.
We're connected to the energy of the unseen world.
We're connected to that energy of self.
That gateway.
And our body gives us the experience of our spirit.
The fire we have within this world.
The connection with love,
That channel.
From this world to the energy of the unseen world,
Well that is spirit.
That is purity.
That is the connection to our own source,
Our connection to the creator,
To our creator,
To the totality.
But that is not us.
That is just another part of us.
So where are we?
Where is that feeling of us?
That ever-present feeling that's been with us since birth?
That feeling of absolute awareness of our self,
Our being.
None of our senses and define it.
Our mind can't comprehend it.
Our emotions can't tell us what emotion it is.
Our body can't pinpoint it within this reality and can't tell us.
Point it out within our physicality.
It's deeper than that.
It's found only in the stillness of yourself.
When you think and feel and experience.
Your lifetime within this reality you can touch upon that part of you that is only ever-present.
That is always there.
Your being doesn't go away,
It doesn't find somewhere else to hang out.
It is ever-present.
It is constantly vibrating the frequency of love within yourself,
Even when your mind is distracted.
Your emotions.
Up and down your body is going through changes.
Your spirit is connecting to that of the unseen world,
The source of you.
The energy of Mother Earth.
Blending with this physicality,
Well all of that is tools.
All of that is feedback of your experience.
Step back from that.
Step back into the being of you.
That part of you that is only ever present.
Just breathe very gently now within this stillness.
This part of you that's just found something.
That's connected with something that has always been there.
And as that smile comes back to your face,
As that feeling starts to build within your emotion,
As your mind just relaxes and your spirit reconnects Just know that this is the feeling of the stillness within you.
The ever-present being of you.
