Meditation Timer OnlineAdlin has over 25 years of experience in the helping fields working largely with under-resourced and underserved populations since graduating with an undergraduate degree in psychology and a graduate degree in education. She's worked with children and families in the child welfare system as well as working as a teacher in Chicago Public Schools and the surrounding areas. Her passion for helping people arising out of difficult circumstances coupled with her experience that it is in each individual's power to heal has lead her to pursue a certificate as a meditation teacher and coach. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki practitioner. Her own spiritual crisis and subsequent healing journey set her on a path of mindful awareness of consciousness and continued expansion and growth. After years of intense healing, transformation, and extraordinary experiences, she feels the calling to share. She knows that every human is capable of great changes in their lives that can result in joy and personal success. She finds meditation coaching as the ideal modality to share those gifts and through this, fulfills her calling to contribute to raising the consciousness of the planet.
