Welcome,
Please sit comfortably in your meditation position.
Begin by lifting your shoulders and roll them back to the best of your body's ability.
Ensure that your head and your neck and your spine are aligned,
Whether you're sitting or lying down.
Begin by taking some deep breaths.
Take a deep breath,
Fill yourself with the breath of life.
Ensure that you're feeling your torso expand down to your belly with air.
And then you exhale very slowly.
Take some breaths at your own pace,
Inhale.
And then you exhale very slowly.
Take some more breaths at your pace.
Begin by clearing your mind,
Some blank slate,
Thoughts part,
Free,
Clear,
Taking some breaths.
Take a little dive into your heart as you let go of all the thoughts.
As the thoughts slide off of you and just go into your heart,
You're letting go of all the thoughts of things that are happening.
They're all gone.
They slide down.
The things,
The sad things happening in your life are sliding off of you.
The sad things that you see in the world are sliding off of you.
The uncertainty that you're feeling is sliding off of you and away from you.
And you dive deep into your heart.
In your heart there is peace.
Currently at this moment there is nothing but peace and love.
As you connect with yourself in this present moment and you connect into your heart.
If it helps you,
You can place your hands over your heart,
Over your physical heart.
And feel your chest expand and your heart rise as you fill with air.
And feel it go down as you exhale slowly.
Envision you're filling your heart with air,
With breath.
And then as you exhale,
Envision your heart exhaling that air,
Your breath of life.
Inhale the breath of life through your heart and exhale it through your heart.
Envision you're inhaling the breath of life through the back of your heart and exhaling through the front of your heart.
At your pace,
Inhale deeply through the back of your heart and exhale slowly through the front of your heart.
Inhaling deeply through the back of your heart and exhaling slowly through the front of your heart.
Now inhale peace through the back of your heart.
And exhale unity through the front of your heart.
And as you begin to let go of all the hurt and the pain of the uncertainty that you're feeling in these times,
You inhale peace through the back of your heart and you exhale unity through the front of your heart.
You're creating for yourself what you wish to see in the world.
You inhale peace and you exhale unity.
Inhale peace and exhale unity as you become the change you wish to see in the world.
You inhale peace and you exhale unity as you embody the qualities that you wish to see in the world,
Peace,
Laughter,
Joy,
Unity,
Good decisions for humanity,
Good decisions for the planet,
For the trees and the birds and the animals,
For all living beings.
Inhale peace and exhale unity.
You become,
You embody what you wish to see in others.
You spread what you wish to see.
Peace,
Inhale peace and exhale unity.
Collaboration you wish to see,
Conversation,
Openness,
Understanding,
Compassion,
Kindness.
Inhale peace and exhale unity.
Feel yourself,
Feel your heart,
Feel your body with these qualities.
Extend an extensive root system,
Envision an extensive root system extending from the bottom of your feet or from your legs,
From the position you're sitting in,
From your root chakra,
From the bottom of your spine and this extensive root system extends through the planet.
Breathe in the love,
The unconditional love from Mother Earth through the root system and exhale back down into the earth.
Continue a loving exchange with Mother Earth,
Breathing in from the planet,
From the earth,
Filling your body and exhaling all the good qualities back into the earth,
All those qualities of peace and joy and love and compassion and understanding and caring for the earth,
Caring for humanity,
Understanding one another.
Breathe those in from the earth.
Feel your body and then exhale and back,
Creating a beautiful,
Beautiful exchange with the earth and with others,
Connecting with your true nature,
Peace.
Take some time to feel throughout your body what that feels like,
The personal acceptance for yourself and for others.
Peace and unity,
Whether you agree or disagree,
You become the change you want to see in others,
You become the change that you want to see on the planet so you're just filling yourself with all the beautiful qualities that you wish to see.
Envision yourself just all those qualities floating throughout your body.
They run through your blood and they pump through your heart,
These beautiful qualities,
Loving kindness,
Peace,
Joy,
Laughter,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Understanding,
And your heart's exalting in the knowledge that you can spread these qualities,
That you can be these qualities,
That you can be in peace with yourself knowing that you have these qualities.
You are love,
You are joy,
You are happiness,
You're laughter,
You're peace,
You are resolve,
Resolution,
Generosity.
Take a deep breath and exhale.
Take a deep breath,
Move forward knowing that these exist,
Maintaining that peace in your heart,
Set the intention you have for today and from this moment forward,
Resolve to maintain that intention.
