Welcome to your meditation for surrendering to the abundant flow of your life.
I invite you to get comfortable.
You can sit up straight.
If you're sitting in a chair,
Both feet on the floor.
Make sure that your head and your neck and your spine are aligned and straight.
Or you might be sitting in easy pose with your legs crossed on the floor.
Your hands can be face down on your thighs for grounding or perhaps they're face up for receptivity.
Begin your breaths.
Inhale deeply.
Fill your belly with the breath of your life.
And then exhale even more slowly than your inhale.
So inhale into your belly.
Deep inhale and then exhale slowly.
Deep inhale at your own pace and exhale even more slowly.
Feel yourself relaxing into your pose.
With each breath,
You become more and more relaxed.
Your shoulders are relaxed,
Your neck is relaxed,
Your back,
Your arms,
Your head.
With each breath,
Each deep inhale of air into your belly and each slow exhale,
You become more relaxed.
With each rise and fall of your shoulders and your chest,
You feel at ease.
Now envision for this grounding exercise,
Envision a root system,
An intricate root system extending from the bottom of your feet,
From your spine,
From your legs.
And it extends from there deep into the earth.
It's an extensive root system that reaches the entire earth through the earth.
Some powerful roots wrap around the core of the earth to ground you and you're grounded with the earth.
You're strong,
You're rooted,
And being grounded,
You can release all that doesn't serve you.
Let go of thoughts,
Feelings,
Pains,
Hurts,
Discomforts that don't serve you.
Just let them fall.
They fall from your head down your spine into the root system and deep into the earth,
Where the earth transmutes it for benefit.
But let go of what doesn't serve you,
The thoughts.
Let them go.
Just let them fall.
They melt away.
You're grounded to mother earth.
Now take in some deep breaths from the earth at your feet.
Just take a breath and feel it coming in from the earth as if you're breathing.
You're breathing mother earth through your feet.
And you let that breath of life rise through your body up to your head and then it loops back down and you exhale it back out through your feet back to mother earth.
Inhale the breath of life from mother earth through your feet.
It comes up through your legs,
Through your torso,
Up to your head.
And then you exhale it down through your body once again and out through the bottom of your feet back to earth.
Do several of those at your own pace.
Now I invite you to imagine a golden sun,
A huge golden sun above your head.
And to that golden sun is being magnetized all of the energy that you've given away.
Everything that you've given away unnecessarily is coming back to you.
Anything that you've given away is coming back.
Any energy,
The energy that you've given away is coming back to you.
Perhaps you envision it as rays of sunlight or colorful rays,
Rainbow colored rays coming back to your sun above your head.
And it's an infinite stream of energy that's coming to you.
It's filling that golden sun.
And now I invite you to let that light from the golden sun pour in through the top of your head,
Filling you with light,
Filling your head and your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your torso with beautiful golden light,
Radiant light down through your legs,
Through your feet.
And as you're filling with that beautiful golden light of your energy,
It starts to radiate from you.
You're radiant.
You're infinitely radiant.
And in that radiance,
You are safe.
You're surrounded.
You're shielded by a bubble of light and radiance.
You're protected.
You're safe.
Now I invite you to go into your heart.
Think about where your heart is physically or if you need to place your hand over where your physical heart is.
And start taking some heart breaths.
So from the back of your heart,
You're inhaling love.
And from the front of your heart,
You exhale abundance.
Inhale love and exhale abundance.
Love,
Abundance.
Inhale love through the back of your heart.
Exhale abundance.
Do a few of those at your own pace.
Love,
Abundance.
Love,
Abundance.
Feel free to keep your hands there or return them to your legs,
To your thighs.
Remain aware of that inexhaustible love and abundance in your heart space.
Imagine the space around your heart full of love and abundance.
And hear this in your heart.
Hear these words flowing from that space around your heart.
I am aligned with all that is good.
My life is rich.
It's full.
It's delicious.
I surrender to the abundance of each moment.
I am connected to the plentiful stream of life.
My life overflows freely and I'm surrounded by bountiful love,
An infinite stream of good people that continue to come into my life.
Ample opportunities for joy and happiness.
I am open.
I am receptive.
I'm a powerful magnet that draws to me my deepest desires.
And I am ever open and ever present to these,
To every moment.
I surrender to the abundant flow of my life.
I surrender to the lavish,
Generous,
Bountiful universe.
Take more hard breaths through the back of your heart.
You're inhaling love and you're exhaling surrendering to abundance.
You're inhaling love and exhaling abundance.
You're inhaling love and you exhale surrender,
Trusting and knowing.
And as we close,
Go into your heart,
Stay in your heart and listen for the intention that arises from you.
What beautiful words arise from your heart,
Your heart's message to you today.
Your soul's message.
And when you are ready,
Start to become more aware of your body,
The space around you,
The room you're in.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to open your eyes.
