Welcome!
We're going to be doing a crowning body scan,
Starting with a pleasurable somatic experience.
Now,
Tapping into your body,
Into the current sensations of your body.
Inhaling in through your nose,
Slowly exhaling out.
And we'll repeat that,
Inhaling in,
Exhaling it out,
Your awareness,
This very moment.
With the next inhale,
We are going to hold the breath,
Inhale through your nose,
And hold 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
As you observe your breath coming to its normal tempo.
And now we're going to start with a little massage to deepen the crowning in your body.
And for that,
Please rub your palms together as if you are trying to warm them up.
And then bring your palms onto your face,
Feel that lovely warmth spreading all over your face,
And then place your fingers onto your right and left temple,
As you start bringing in gentle movement,
Massaging your temples.
And then,
With awareness,
Bring your hands to your earlobes,
And start massaging up and down the outer upper earlobes with your thumb and index finger.
And then,
Gentle circles,
Pressing in slightly depending on what feels comfortable for you.
And finally to the lower lobes,
Perhaps noticing becoming a little bit more present with yourself.
As you do your best to keep your focus on the sensations of your fingers and the earlobes,
And then moving your fingers onto your collarbones,
Tapping with your fingers onto your collarbones.
Noticing how does that feel,
Is it soothing?
Good.
And then sliding your hands onto your heart space,
Getting in touch with your heartfelt desire.
How can you support yourself with this positive statement that's bound to be realized in your life?
Repeating it in your mind,
Watering it with your attention.
Right here,
I am at home in my body.
As you allow the feeling of being home with yourself to wash,
And then slowly,
With all your awareness,
Bringing by your body,
With palms facing the ceiling.
And then we'll lightly scan through the physical vessel.
Simply allow your awareness to flow through the body without concentrating too much.
I invite you to bring your awareness to the crown of the head.
Think what sensations you can notice there.
Perhaps different kinds of tingling sensations.
Just think present.
Flow down the awareness from the crown of the head,
Down towards the eyes,
Towards the back of the head,
Gently landing onto your shoulders.
As the awareness swipes down,
Feel the lightness of your reactions.
Next,
I invite you to move your awareness down onto your chest,
Feeling the left side and down as your breath moves in and out of your lungs.
The sides.
And right below the tailbone,
The seat of your first chakra.
Embodying the qualities of the body to support yourself.
The soul.
About any sensations that are present below your feet.
Outside of your physical body.
As you are present with your feet,
You might notice the sensation of grounding.
Imagine strong roots growing out of the soles of your feet and grounding you further.
To bring ourselves into a state of satisfaction.
Into a state of presence.
A state from which we can act,
Freed of the tensions,
To relax frequently,
Unapologetically.
Burn into the surface it is resting on.
The beginning.
Is it closer to you now?
