An Experience in Self-love. Have you ever seen yourself through the eyes of someone who loves you? With this recording, you can do just that. We often don't see ourselves in the same light as those that love us and this will truly bring a new perspective of self.

So,

Taking in a nice deep breath now.

And as you exhale,

Just allow the body to relax and unwind.

And then take in another nice deep breath,

Allowing the oxygen to flow into the entire body.

And as you exhale,

Just soften the body,

Relax and let go.

Just allow the breath to take its natural rhythm now.

Just resting,

Allowing the body to soften,

Feeling yourself supported.

And imagine that above your head is a soft healing light.

This light is a golden rose color and it very gently falls upon your forehead.

This soft golden rose colored light begins to fall upon your scalp and just relax the scalp.

This soft light begins to flow upon your eyebrows and your eyelids,

Flowing into all of the muscles and nerves around your eyes,

Just relaxing the eyes.

Allowing yourself to just drift down,

Peacefully relaxing.

And as this light continues to flow into your facial structure,

It flows into your cheekbones and it relaxes all the muscles in your cheeks.

It flows into your jawbone,

Relaxing the jaw and allowing it just to drop slightly.

This soft light flows into your mind.

Just allow those thoughts to drift away.

Just clear the mind as it fills with this soft golden rose colored light.

Allow this light now to flow into your neck and your shoulders,

Sending a wave of relaxation through the entire body,

Into the arms and the hands,

Into the chest and the heart.

And as this soft light flows into the heart,

With every heartbeat,

This light begins to get brighter and brighter.

This light begins to grow and magnify and flow through the entire body,

Bathing and soothing every cell,

Flowing down the spinal cord and all of the muscles and nerves of the back.

This soft light flowing into all of your internal organs,

Helping them to operate in an effective and healthy manner.

This soft golden rose colored light flows into your hips and your thighs and your knees,

Relaxing the legs as it flows down your shins and your calves,

Into your ankles and your feet,

And right out of your toes.

Your entire body is filled with this soft healing golden rose colored light.

Just allow this light to wash through your entire body and energy system,

Supporting you as you just relax.

Give yourself permission to just drift down.

And as you drift down,

Go into your heart center,

Go into the depths of your mind.

And from this heart center,

Say to yourself,

I am good.

I am wonderful.

I am a positive contributor in the universe.

I offer much to my world and the world around me.

Go even deeper into that heart center and imagine someone that loves you.

It might be someone that you know today or someone that you've known before.

But imagine that person looking at you,

The way that they love you,

How highly they think of you.

Imagine that person opening their arms and reaching out to hold you.

Just allow yourself to be held.

Allow that energy of love to flow through you now.

You are good.

You are loved.

You are a positive contributor in the universe.

You offer much to your world and the world around you.

It's good to be you.

Take a moment now to think about something good that you've done for someone else.

Think about someone who's smiled because of you,

Someone who's laughed with you,

Perhaps.

It's good to be you.

Think about an effort that you've made,

Something you worked hard at and you accomplished.

You put forth from your strengths,

From your inner wisdoms.

You are good.

Go now again to that light that is flowing through your body and your energy system.

And allow that light to get a little bit brighter.

And think again about the love that you have,

The love that you've offered,

Some of the efforts that you've made,

Someone that's smiled in your presence or laughed with you.

And allow that light to be filled with gratitude.

Be thankful for being you.

It's good to be you.

And allow that light to shine even brighter.

Let your light shine out upon the universe.

Let this gratitude flow from you into the infinite universe.

What you allow to flow from you will come back to you.

All good things are coming your way and you deserve good things.

You deserve to smile.

You deserve to be happy.

You deserve to be loved.

Just allow love to flow upon you.

Let light flow through you and around you and upon you.

It's good to be you.

You are a positive force in the universe.

Just allow that to resonate within for a moment.

Breathe it in.

It's good to be you.

And in a moment I'll count from one to five.

When I get to five,

You'll be alert,

Feeling very good about yourself and ready to just go forward.

So beginning now with one,

Taking in a nice deep breath.

Two,

Beginning to feel your fingers and toes,

Arms and legs.

Three,

Coming all the way back into the physical body,

Feeling your body move,

Stretching if you like,

Stretching if you need.

Four,

Getting ready to come all the way back up now,

Fully present,

Feeling very good about yourself.

It's good to be you.

With eyes open on five.
