So just taking in a nice deep breath and just allowing your body to settle in and begin to soften.

Just notice how it feels just to rest here.

Noticing your breath.

Noticing the sounds that are around you and just knowing that every sound you hear including the sound of my voice can cause you to drift deeper and deeper inside.

And just drifting down peacefully relaxed noticing the relaxation in your body and just doubling that relaxation twice as deep.

Take in another nice deep breath and just notice your breath.

As you exhale just release any tension,

Any stress,

Any pressure.

And as you inhale again now just invite the presence of a soft healing energy to flow in with your breath.

Just reaching upon high,

Out into the universe,

Out into the divine.

Allowing a soft healing light energy to begin flowing into your body.

Just breathe it in.

Allow this soft light to begin flowing freely throughout your body.

Just bathing and soothing every cell.

Letting this soft light just bathe away any tension or pressure that it might come to.

Just breathe this soft light upon your scalp and your forehead.

Let it wash through all of the facial muscles.

Relaxing the eyes,

The cheeks,

The jaw.

Just breathing this soft light right into your mind.

Allow this light to lift your thoughts away as you clear your mind.

Let this soft light flow from the very top of your head all the way down to your toes.

Just sending a gentle wave of deep relaxation through the whole body.

Just letting go.

Allow this soft healing light energy to deepen the relaxation throughout your arms and your hands.

Throughout all of the muscles in your back.

Breathe this light right into your heart.

Allow it to connect with your own inner wisdom and your inner light.

Let it fill the chest area and the abdominal area,

Helping all of your internal organs to operate in a rhythmic and healthy manner.

Let this light gently flow right through the hips,

Into the thighs and the knees,

Just relaxing the legs.

Into the shins and the calves.

Into the ankles and the feet.

Just drifting down peacefully,

Relaxed now.

And as you rest here in this peaceful,

Relaxed,

Deep state,

I direct every cell in the body to welcome safety,

Allowing a message of safety and security to begin flowing into every cell in the body.

You are safe.

You are secure.

This peaceful light,

This peaceful energy,

This peaceful relaxation allows you to let it go and just relax.

The world around you is safe and secure.

And in this safety and security that surround you,

You can allow a deep level of forgiveness of yourself,

Of forgiveness of those in the world around you.

Breathing in this peace,

Serenity,

This safety,

Welcoming it into your world,

Into your body,

Into every cell in your body.

Allowing this safety and security to move through the body,

Sending a message of safety that it's safe to be thin and healthy.

It's safe to let go of all that does not serve your highest good.

It is safe to turn to a deep inward place and look at your ideal life,

Your ideal body,

Your ideal health,

Your ideal relationship with yourself,

With others,

With the greater divine and creation.

Allow this oneness of all that serves your highest good to hold you in a peaceful,

Safe and secure manner.

Just breathe in the love that this safety affords you.

Allow safety and security to flow and bathe upon every cell.

Drink it into every cell,

Into every cell membrane.

You are safe.

It is safe to let go and relax.

It is safe to let go of all of the excess weight gently,

Easily and effortlessly.

It is safe to be thin and healthy.

It is safe to live in the world around you in a healthy and peaceful manner,

Drinking in safety and security into every cell and every cell membrane in your body.

And as this safety and security flows and bathes into every cell,

Notice the strength and the confidence that begins flowing throughout your body,

Throughout your mind,

Throughout your very spirit.

See yourself in that ideal state,

You are confident,

You are healthy,

You are in a beautiful way of safety and security walking forward in the world.

Allow that confidence to flow and bathe throughout every cell in your body.

Notice what it's like to be in this ideal you.

Allow yourself a very clear vision of the ideal you,

Living a healthy life,

Making healthy choices,

Walking in a healthy,

Agile,

Strong body.

Welcome in this safety and security and this confidence into every cell in your body.

Welcome the visualization of this ideal you living your ideal life.

You are healthy,

You are safe,

You are confident,

And you are happy.

You're connecting with yourself and the world around you in a way that has flow of all that serves your greatest good and just welcome that safety,

That security,

That flow into your thoughts,

Into your cells,

Into your body,

Into your energy system.

It's good to be you.

It's good to feel safe and confident and secure.

It's good to have trust in the world around you,

In yourself,

So just allow yourself a moment to really visualize this ideal you living your ideal life.

You are safe,

You are confident,

You're walking in a way that has a great level of flow with all that serves the greatest good of you and those around you.

Just feel that flow moving through your body and your energy system.

Drink this safety,

This confidence,

This flow into every cell.

Drink it into every cell membrane.

You are safe,

Confident,

You are happy.

It's good to be you in this healthy life,

In this healthy body,

Just walking,

Smiling,

Living a good way.

The world around you is safe.

It's safe to be healthy,

It's safe to give,

It's safe to receive.

And as you allow this safety into your world,

Letting go of all that does not serve your greatest good and welcoming all that does serve your greatest good.

Safety,

Security,

Confidence,

Welcoming this flow with the greater good to move peacefully throughout your body,

Your energy system and into every cell in your body.

Just drink it in.

Take this safety and security with you anytime you need it,

Anytime you wish it.

It is always available anytime you need.

And as this safety and security and confidence have been imprinted into every cell in your body,

Allow them to deeply confirm into the cells,

Into the cell membranes.

Let it flow freely throughout your entire energy system.

And in a moment,

I'll be counting.

I'll count from one to five.

When I get to five,

You'll be awake and aware.

You'll feel refreshed.

You'll feel energized.

You'll feel so good about yourself and your life.

You will feel safe,

Secure,

And confident.

You will feel a sense of freedom.

Freedom to move about your world in a way that is safe and easy and light,

And that's good.

So just getting ready to come all the way back up now.

Beginning with one,

Just breathing in that soft light,

That healing energy.

Let it flow and bathe upon the cells.

Drink it into the cells and notice how it brings that safety,

That security,

Welcome it deeply into every cell in your body.

Two,

Becoming aware of your physical body again.

Just noticing the arms and the hands,

The legs and the feet.

Three,

Another deep breath.

Breathe in some oxygen.

Let it flow into the muscles,

The bones,

The cells.

Let it intermingle with this light,

With this safety,

This confidence.

Four,

Just beginning to move and to stretch,

Coming all the way back up.

Moving and stretching,

Wiggling the fingers,

The toes,

Letting that safety and confidence flow freely in the body.

You love to move the body.

Coming all the way back up now,

Fully awake,

Fully aware.

Eyes open on five.
