Just feel yourself supported.
Allow the body to soften,
And then take in another nice,

And as you exhale,
Just allow the tension to leave the body,
Letting go,
And take in one more nice,
Deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Just drift down,
Feeling supported by the strength of the bed,
Feeling the body begin to relax,
Just allowing now the breath to take its natural rhythm.
And as the breath takes its natural rhythm,
Just feel this comfort,
The softness,
Feel the warmth,
And just allow all the thoughts to just drift off,
Just clearing your mind.
And as you clear your mind,
Feel the relaxation at the very tips of your toes.
Your toes are relaxing,
And as your toes relax,
So do the soles of your feet.
Can feel your feet feeling heavy as that relaxation in your feet moves into your ankles,
Relaxing the ankles.
That relaxation moves into your shins and your calves as your legs begin to feel heavier and heavier,
Feeling your knees relax,
Feeling the relaxation move into your thigh bones and the muscles in your thighs as your entire body begins to get softer and softer.
That relaxation moving into your hips,
Just relaxing the hips,
Feeling the weight of your body supported and relaxed.
That relaxation moving into your back now.
Your back is beginning to get soft and calm and peaceful,
Very comfortable.
Relaxing your abdomen,
Just allowing the belly to just settle,
Feeling comfortable,
Feeling peaceful and calm as your mind just continues to clear all the thoughts,
Just drifting away with the clouds.
This peaceful relaxation moves into your ribcage,
Moves into your lungs.
Even your heart feels calm and at peace.
You can feel this relaxation moving into your shoulders and your arms and your hands.
Even your fingers feel heavy.
This relaxation so comfortable and calm and peaceful,
Moving into your neck,
Up around your scalp and onto your forehead.
Just feeling at peace,
Just feeling peace and serenity wash all over your body.
Feeling your eyebrows relax,
Feeling your eyelids relax,
Noticing how heavy your eyelids feel.
You can already sense a feeling of getting a bit sleepier,
Feeling that relaxation flow all through your facial structure,
Relaxing the cheekbones and the cheeks,
Relaxing the jawbone,
Perhaps even allowing the jaw to gently drop and relaxing your mind,
Just allowing all the thoughts to just drift away one by one,
Two by two.
And as these thoughts drift off,
Imagine that above your head is just a golden warm light,
Very gentle,
It's almost like the light of the moon,
A soft warm light.
And this light is where all your thoughts can drift off into.
It's okay that the thoughts come,
But as a thought comes to your mind,
Just allow it to drift off into this light of the moon.
And as these thoughts drift away,
Clearing your mind,
Relaxing your body,
You can feel the rays of light,
The moonlight flowing upon you.
This light has restful properties.
And as this light flows upon your face,
It relaxes you more and more.
In a moment,
I will count from 10 to 1,
And when I get to 1,
You will find that your entire body is peacefully relaxed and surrounded in moonlight.
So just allowing this moonlight to gently glow upon you as I begin to count from 10 to 1.
This moonlight flowing upon your face and warming and comforting and relaxing your face.

Flowing in,

And through your knees as your legs just relax,
Getting heavier and heavier.

Down into your ankles and your feet.

This light flowing right out of your toes.
Your entire body is filled with this calming and peaceful light as your body continues to feel heavy and calm.
It can feel sleepier and sleepier,
Just allowing the body to let go into a peaceful rest.
This information is now stored in your subconscious.
Your body knows how to relax and let go each time you sleep.
You simply have to allow yourself to just imagine this moonlight flowing into the body and relaxing the body,
Allowing the thoughts to just drift into the moonlight,
Clearing your mind,
Relaxing your body,
Being at peace as you feel sleepier and heavier and more and more sound as you drift into sleep.
