You.
You Welcome,
My friend.
You're tuned in to Om Haiku.
I'm your host,
Maamoune.
Back with another music meditation.
Just a sooth.
Just to relax.
Let go of stress,
Come back to our center,
To our awareness,
To our aliveness.
This present moment,
Unlike any moment that's been before.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable.
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever feels natural.
Just getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you feel in this moment.
Witnessing and welcoming thoughts.
Witnessing and welcoming sensations,
Tensions in the body,
Restlessness,
All is welcome like old friends.
And taking a deep breath in.
Deep breaths out.
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And exhale with awareness.
I'm taking my deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly as you breathe in.
Yeah,
Breathe out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Softening the hands and feet,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes,
As you breathe into the whole body.
Breathe out.
Breathing in trust.
Breathing in love.
And exhale.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale.
Breathing and courage.
And exhale.
Breathing in slow and soft.
And exhale even slower,
Even softer.
Allowing the shoulders to fall away from the ears.
Feeling the stomach relaxed,
Chest relaxed.
Neck relaxed.
Head relaxed.
So you take a deep breath in.
In a deep breath out.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing me.
And breathing out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
Keeping the body relaxed as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Letting go of all the air in your lungs,
Just be empty.
Empty of breath.
Keeping the body relaxed.
And inhale through the nose.
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
Holding for 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Exhale.
Letting go of all the air in the lungs,
Just be empty.
And inhale.
Holding that breath at the top.
Feeling your aliveness as you hold the breath.
Relaxing the body.
Relaxing the face.
And exhale.
Allowing the breath to be natural.
In fact,
Letting go of focus on the breath,
Letting go of focus on the mind,
Allowing the breath and the mind to be totally free.
And letting go of thoughts going back into the body so you take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Feeling the stillness at the ground beneath you with your feet.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
One last deep breath for now.
And exhale slowly.
The color for today is blue.
The number is 8,
000.
And the animal.
Is a lemur.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Have in there.
The capacity to bow down to life,
Not knowing what's going to happen,
To bow down to uncertainties,
To bow down to the unknown.
It's not always that we can understand exactly what's gonna happen to us,
If this is gonna work,
If this is gonna fail.
And instead of being anxious about it all,
Instead of letting that get to us,
We can bow down to it.
We can humble ourselves to the fact that we don't know what's gonna happen to us,
What's gonna happen to the world,
What's gonna happen to our friend,
What's gonna happen to a relationship.
So unknown,
So uncertain,
And to be able to bow down to it is to say that I trust,
Even though I do not know what's going to happen,
I trust that whatsoever it does is for my greatest benefit,
Even when I can't see how or why,
I trust that it's helping to refine my awareness,
To refine my growth,
So that I can really grow as a human being into more love,
Into more depth,
Into more beauty.
All of this sometimes is required that we pass through uncertain times that are a struggle,
But if we can just bow down to it and trust that it's actually a blessing that's benefiting our path,
It gives so much energy to do this.
It gives so much strength to do this.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
