You're tuned in to channel OMHAKU,

I'm your host MAMUN,

Back with another music meditation,

Just for you,

Just to relax,

If you've been feeling the opposite of stress,

Anxiety,

Worries,

Fear,

Experiencing anger,

Frustration,

Disappointment,

Despair,

Loneliness,

Tiredness,

Restlessness,

Feeling insecure,

Underwhelmed,

Overwhelmed,

Fed up with work,

Fed up with school,

Or perhaps even joyous,

Whatsoever you feel,

Reminding you that it's A-OK,

We're going to take some deep breaths,

And come back to faith in our awareness,

Faith in our love,

Faith in something greater than our minds,

That being said,

Allowing your mind to be witnessing and welcoming the mind as it is,

You can gently close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside,

Noticing how the body feels,

Embracing whatsoever's inside,

Like an old friend,

You know me and anxiety go way back,

Old friends,

Feeling the breath,

Not trying to change the breath,

But noticing it,

Relaxing the palms of your hands and feet,

Relaxing the belly,

Breathing in new life,

New energy,

And exhale,

Letting go of past life,

Past energy,

Breathing in love for yourself,

And exhaling love for other people,

I want you to visualize somebody who's been challenging you,

Who's been frustrating you,

Imagining them,

Joyful,

Happy,

Shoulders that fall away from the ears,

Extending the spine,

Feeling aware as you breathe in,

And exhale,

Releasing,

Letting go of the future,

The past is history,

The future is a mystery,

And this present a gift,

Breathing in this moment,

Breathing in slower and softer,

Know that you're breathing,

Know that you're alive,

We live to see another day,

But it won't always be that way,

Feeling the preciousness of your life,

Aware of your heartbeat,

Dropping down from the head into the heart space,

Relaxing the belly as you feel your heart,

Allowing the mind to unwind as you open the heart,

Feeling more compassion for yourself,

Feeling more compassion for other people,

Taking a deep breath in,

Holding the breath at the top,

Hold,

And exhale,

Taking a deep breath in,

Hold,

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,

And exhale,

Let go,

Empty all the breath,

Becoming empty,

Empty of breath,

Empty of thought,

Exhaling all the left over air in your lungs,

Just be empty,

Empty,

And take a deep breath in,

Hold,

And exhale,

Let go,

And for a few moments,

Just bringing all your attention inwards,

Witnessing and welcoming your mind,

Taking a deep breath in,

Letting go of anger,

Letting go of disappointment,

Letting go of shame,

Coming back into self love,

Coming back into trust,

Taking a deep breath in,

Every cell in the body breathing in,

And every cell in the body breathing out,

Breathing in through the nose,

And exhaling out the mouth,

And exhale,

Letting go of confusion,

Self doubt,

Having faith in yourself as you breathe in,

Aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're sat,

Aware of your awareness itself,

As you take a deep breath in,

The color for today is red,

The number is 52,

And the animal is an armadillo,

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

I'm sending you a big hug,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

An abundance of resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness,

May we enjoy this phase,

This current stage that we're in,
