We can soften,
We can relax,
And we can allow for more ease.
My friend,
You tuned in to OMHAKU.
I'm your host,
Ma Moon,
Back with another video.
Just to come back to our center.
Can relate to the same worries,
Insecurities,
As tuning deeper inside.
Witnessing and softening the muscles in your body.
Relaxing.
4,
3,
2.
Breathing.
Taking a deep breath up the spine.
Holding that breath at the top of the crown as you become aware of your awareness.
And exhaling back down the spine all the way into the lower body.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Wanting to roam,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think and to roam.
Body,
Feeling your aliveness,
Feeling your wholeness as you breathe in and breathe out.
Breathing in.
Every cell in the body,
Breathing in.
And every cell in the body,
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in slower and softer.
And exhale even slower,
Even softer.
Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life as you breathe in.
And breathe out,
Expanding trust inside.
Expanding your faith in yourself,
Your faith in the unfolding of circumstance,
That all is here to support and nurture your path.
Even the challenges,
The setbacks,
The confusion,
The fear,
All is like teachers blessing your path.
Coming back to love for yourself.
Letting go of the inner critic,
The inner judge.
Breathing in love inside.
And exhaling that love to your space,
To your surroundings.
To the people in your life.
Feeling love in the body,
Love in the mind as you breathe in.
And exhale.
And breathe out.
Becoming aware of your body,
Aware of how you're sat as you breathe in.
And breathe.
Breathing in awareness.
It's turquoise.
The number is four.
And the animal is an elephant.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Compassion,
Gentleness.
Being gentle,
Being soft doesn't mean to be weak or to be a pushover or people-pleasing or anything like this.
Being gentle,
Being soft is about being conscious of how your mind is speaking to you.
The inner dialogue can be very sharp,
Very pointy,
Very rough.
Speaking from my experience,
The inner dialogue can be far from gentle.
But with awareness,
Bringing more meditation to our day,
Bringing more consciousness to our day,
To each moment,
We can see when the mind is being like a sharp knife.
And we can soften,
We can relax,
And we can allow for more ease,
More playfulness,
Less seriousness and heaviness,
More lightness of being.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
