Awareness of something beyond the anxiety,
The worries,
The frustrations.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Bored,
Restless,
Lonely,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Whatsoever you feel in this moment is A-OK.
Getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Whatever feels natural.
Dropping the shoulders.
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Relaxing the stomach.
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Relaxing the chest.
As you take a deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Exhale,
Old life,
Old energy.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhaling.
Expanding that love inside.
Deepening love.
Letting go.
Relaxing the hands.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in.
And the unboding of life as you breathe in.
Allowing the face to be totally relaxed.
Softening the chest.
Letting go of the past.
Letting go of the future as you take a deep breath in.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now's the time to allow the mind to think.
And taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Letting go of thoughts.
Natural for the mind to drift.
Drifting back into awareness.
Feeling your aliveness.
We live to see another day.
But it won't always be that way.
Enjoy inside.
Deepening joy in the heart.
Breathing in thankfulness.
Gratitude.
Grateful for more gratitude.
Accepting more thankfulness.
Allowing it to flow in the body.
Allowing it to flow in the mind as you breathe in.
Breathing into the belly.
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Relaxing the face as you breathe in through the nose,
All the way to the top of the head.
And exhaling down.
Rooting.
Feeling yourself grounded.
Centered.
Taking a deep breath in.
Having faith in yourself.
Having faith in your life.
The beauty of it as you breathe in.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
Aware of your awareness as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
The color for today.
It's clear.
The number is four.
And the animal is an elephant.

To open the mind to new possibilities in times of struggle as opposed to just focusing on what's wrong.
Focusing on how we're not enough in some way.
