You you you Welcome my friend.
You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.
I'm Mabun.
Back with another music meditation.
Just to soothe.
Just to relax.
Let go of stress.
Let go of anxieties.
Let go of the inner criticism.
To come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
Come back to balance.
Come back to a sense of groundedness.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your posture.
Aware of how you feel in this moment,
Witnessing and welcoming your inner thoughts,
Emotions,
Mood,
Worries,
Stress,
All is welcome,
Like an old friend.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Taking a deep breath in.
In a deep breath out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale all the life,
All the energy.
Breathing into the whole body.
Exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Relaxing the face,
The shoulders,
The belly,
Relaxing the chest.
Breathing in trust.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in love and compassion.
And exhale,
Deepening love,
Deepening compassion,
Deepening patience.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind to think as you witness and welcome your inner world.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Deep breaths in.
And a deep breath out.
Deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Letting go of the stress,
The anger,
The frustrations,
The anxieties.
Letting it go out of the body,
Out of the mind.
Bringing back the energy of trust,
The energy of compassion,
The energy of patience.
Bringing back awareness into the body.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
And exhale.
Lengthening by exhale.
Softening the belly,
Softening the face,
Softening the hands and feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exit.
The color for today is red,
The number is 400,
And the animal.
It's a walrus.
I thank you for joining me,
My dear friend.
Sending you a big hug across time and space.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Having the awareness to navigate the challenges of life,
You know,
For the past few days in a row.
It feels like right as I start the meditation,
There's some machinery going on in the background or some loud noise that comes right as I start.
And it's almost like life,
I feel like,
Joking with me or trying to see like how calm I can stay if there's some distracting noise and I'm trying to meditate and sometimes that's that is the gift this nurturing our path is to learn how to embrace the challenges to distractions as not something that's that's separate from what we're setting out for what we're going for it's actually helping us to become more centered more aware And to see like how we lose our temper how we lose that sense of calm It's very interesting to to be aware of that and to see okay now there's some noises or this or that and I've gone from this calm meditation and now I'm all worked up and Instead of just saying I wish that these noises and these distractions didn't come at all and then I can be peaceful saying I will be peaceful even with the distractions,
Even with the outside noise,
Even with however life is unfolding,
To be peaceful within that,
To stay calm within that.
And if we can't,
If we lose that,
Then looking at that more deeply and seeing why,
How,
How are we losing the peace and is it possible to have the awareness to not lose that peace even though the situation is challenging or difficult.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
