I'm your host,

Maamoune,

Back with another music meditation.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed,

Frustrated,

Confused,

I want you to visualize somebody that's been challenging you,

Opening the heart to this person,

Coming back to faith in yourself as you breathe in,

Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,

Relaxing the palms of your hands,

Feeling your feet on the stillness of the ground beneath you,

Breathing into the heart space,

And exhale,

Softening the chest,

Opening the heart,

Taking a deep breath in,

Have your posture aware of how you're sat,

Holding that breath,

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath at the top.

Way to stay with it,

My friend.

I'm happy that you are joining me today.

I'm thankful for your presence.

Remember that your presence has a purpose.

That's why you exist.

That's why you're here.

If we're lost in the future,

Lost in the past,

That's how we feel,

That we have no purpose.

We're lost in some imaginary time period that doesn't exist,

Getting caught in the future,

Caught in the past.

It's difficult to feel your presence,

To feel your purpose.

So coming back to this present moment,

We live to see another day,

But it won't always be that way.

Taking a deep breath in,

Breathing into the belly,

And exhale,

Pushing the belly outwards.

Feeling the breath drop down from the chest into the bottom of the belly,

Relaxing the face,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the hands and feet,

And for a few moments,

Allowing the mind to be totally free.

So if you've been wanting to think,

Now is the time to think.

Go with thoughts.

Coming back into the body.

Taking one last deep breath for now.

And exhale,

Let go.

The color for today is magenta.

The number is five trillion.

And the animal,

Are you ready for it?

Today is a koala bear.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

I'm sending you a big hug.

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Strength,

And overcoming these challenges that we face,

The setbacks,

The self-doubt.

I just want to say that I doubt myself every day.

At some point in the day,

Self-doubt creeps up,

And instead of trying to push it away,

I'm trying just to notice the self-doubt,

To witness it,

To allow it to be there,

And very gently guide myself back into the present moment where I can take action,

Where I can take responsibility for something small that pushes the ball forward.

So sometimes it's about just progressing.

Even if just a little bit of progression,

That little bit of progression can help us believe in ourselves more,

Have faith,

Have trust.

For me,

It's when I feel that I'm not progressing that the self-doubt really intensifies.

So be sure to progress.

Even if it's just a tiny bit of progression,

It's worth it.

And with that,
