Or perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Harmonious,
Grounded,
Grateful,
Festive,
Celebrating life,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
Reminding you that you're not alone.
So many people around the world could relate.
If only you knew.
That being said,
My friend,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper into your inner world,
Witnessing and welcoming what's inside like an old friend.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Inhaling new life,
New energy.
And exhale,
Letting go of old life,
Old energy.
Breathing in,
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in.
Inhaling trust.
Coming back to faith in yourself as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Faith in others.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale,
Letting go of anger.
Letting go of disappointment,
Letting go of the inner critic.
The inner conflict.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Feeling the belly relaxed,
Chest relaxed,
Shoulders relaxed.
Breathing into the nose.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Letting go.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Doing good,
My friends.
Stay with me.
Away of your posture as you breathe in.
And exhale.
Coming back to trust,
Coming back to self-love,
Coming back to love for others as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Letting go.
