Welcome my friend.
You're too thin to own my coup.
I'm gonna host my moon.
Back to another music meditation.
Just a suit.
Just relax.
Let go of stress,
Worries,
Boredom,
Loneliness.
Come back to trust in the unfolding of life.
Come back to our awareness,
Our center.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sad.
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever you like.
Beginning to notice how you feel in this moment.
Witnessing and welcoming your inner world of thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations in the body.
Witnessing and welcoming all that you observe.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face.
Letting go of tension in the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the chest,
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Feeling the ground beneath you.
Taking a deep breath in.
And deep breaths out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale old life,
Old energy.
The past is past.
It's history.
The future is a mystery.
In this present gift.
Breathing in this moment.
And exhale with awareness.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Breathing in traps.
And exhale.
Deepening trust,
Expanding trust in the mind and the body as you breathe in love.
And accept.
Feeling the energy of love spread through the body and mind,
Dissolving fear,
Worries,
The inner critic.
Breathing into their belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Softening the chest,
Allowing the shoulders to fall away from the ears.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Breathing it.
And breathing out.
Letting go of all the air in your lungs,
Just be empty of breath.
Keeping the body relaxed,
Neither inhaling nor exhaling.
Taking a deep breath through the nose and hold.
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold that breath at the top.
Keeping the body relaxed.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Empty the breath.
Empty,
Empty.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top,
Squeezing down on the fist,
Squeeze down on your jaw,
Tense your whole body up,
Tense as you can,
Tense,
Tense.
And exhale.
Relaxing the hands,
Relaxing the face,
Softening the body,
Loosening.
Allowing the breath to be natural.
In fact,
If your breath has been up and down,
Tight and loose.
I want you to focus on.
The whole body breathing in and out.
As if every cell in your body is breathing in and out.
Genitally.
Softly.
Breathing through the feet,
Breathing through the legs and the arms,
Breathing through the hands and the face,
Every part of your body.
Gently breathing in and out.
I'm sorry.
Letting the breath be natural.
Letting the mind be totally free to think.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Allowing it total freedom.
And letting go of thoughts.
Into this moment.
So take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
Aware of your surroundings.
Aware of how you feel after taking some deep breaths.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
The color for today is green.
The number is 3003.
In the animal.
Is a tad dafter.
Thank you for joining me,
My dear friend.
I'm sending you a big hug across time and space,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Having the awareness to navigate discomforts without tightening,
Without constricting,
But staying loose,
Keeping the mind flexible,
Malleable,
While staying disciplined.
It can be tricky to stay consistent and disciplined with our practices and what we set out to do in the day,
Which is important that we follow through with what we set out to do.
And while we're doing this,
We can remain loose.
We can remain playful.
We can enjoy the process of sticking with it and being persistent.
If we make it too heavy,
Too serious of a thing to persist,
And meditation or anything for that matter that really matters to us.
It can just become tiresome.
It can become draining.
So part of the key of all of this is being able to enjoy these practices,
To stay loose,
To be childlike within meditation and not treat it as some gloomy thing,
To be serious and like it's a timeout and we have to be silent and quiet and it's not meant to be that way.
It's something that we can actually delight in and look forward to and really begin to cherish.
And in that way,
The discipline becomes easy.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
