Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Tired,
Perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith and the unfolding of our life.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend,
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like,
Bringing more awareness to the whole body,
Having love for your body as it is,
Closing the eyes,
Tuning deeper into the mind,
Having love for your mind as it is,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Opening the heart space.
I want you to visualize your heart opening like a lotus in the sun.
Taking a deep breath in,
Letting go of past as you breathe in,
Warm loving energy spread through the body and mind,
Dissolving fear,
Dissolving worries,
Anxieties,
As you breathe in compassion.
Deepening compassion inside,
Expanding compassion within the mind,
Softening the shoulders,
Softening the face,
Softening the chest,
Opening the heart.
I want you to visualize a beam of light shooting up the spine,
Bringing with it pure awareness up the spine all the way to the top of the head.
A beam of warm liquid light shooting up your spine all the way to the top of your head.
Breathing this energy upwards,
Holding the energy at the top of the head,
Becoming aware of your presence as you look in.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Letting go of the past mistakes,
Coming back into a forgiving heart as you breathe in.
Feeling forgiveness spread through the body,
Feeling healing spread through the body as you exhale.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Wanting to roam,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think and to roam.
Coming back into the body,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling rooted like a tree.
The color for today is pink,
The number is 3001,
And the animal is a flying elephant.

Being aware,
Being present in the moment is a gift.
Each moment that we pass through is a gift.
We don't always see it that way because life can feel monotonous.
But it's not that life is monotonous,
It's that our perception is monotonous,
Our sensitivity becomes dull,
And we start to see things as the same rather than being conscious of the nuance,
Of the aliveness,
Of the impermanence,
The ever-changing quality that life has that isn't a punishment or something to suffer,
But something to cherish,
To enjoy,
To delight in the ever-changing quality of life,
Of who you are,
Of who the people are that enter your life.
Being able to have that level of perception,
To see their change,
To see them fresh and new,
Moment to moment.
