Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo you Oooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Welcome,
My friends.
You're tuned in to On Haiku.
I'm your host,
My man.
Back to another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Let go of stress,
Anxieties,
Frustrations.
Tension.
Come back to trust in the unfolding of life and the unfolding of our moment to moment.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friends.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Beginning to notice how you feel in this moment.
Witnessing and welcoming emotion,
Sensation,
Thoughts as they are.
Taking a deep breath in.
The red dot.
Breathing into the body.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the stomach.
Putting your awareness on your stomach as you breathe into the stomach.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Softening the chest as you breathe into the heart.
And exhale,
Opening the heart.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale.
Breathing in love.
Exhale,
Deepening love in the body,
Deepening love in the mind,
Melting away fear.
As you breathe in,
Trust.
And exhale,
Deepening trust.
Feeling the energy of trust spread to the mind,
Spread to the body.
Melting anxieties.
You're taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
Every cell in the body breathing out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in forgiveness for past mistakes.
And exhale,
Letting go of past.
Letting go of the future,
Breathing in this moment.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Letting go of all the air in your lungs,
Just be empty,
Empty of breath.
And inhale through the nose.
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go of all the air in your lungs.
Just be empty.
And inhale through the nose.
Holding that breath at the top.
I want you to tense the body,
Squeeze down on the fist,
Squeeze down on the jaw.
Tense everything,
Tense.
And exhale.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
Letting go of all the tension in the face now.
Relaxing the palms of your hands,
The fingers,
Your feet,
Your arms and legs.
Relaxing the spine,
The neck.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
And letting go of thoughts.
Going back into the body.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face.
Going back to trust and the unfolding of life.
Trust in yourself,
Trust in people.
Trust and the challenges we face.
They have their own purpose.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathe in.
I'm out.
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your posture,
Your space,
How you feel.
Aware of your presence,
Your aliveness.
We live to see another day.
But it won't always be that way.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
The color for today is red.
The number is zero.
And the animal.
.
.
Are you ready for it?
The animal for today is a honey badger.
I thank you for joining me across time and space,
Sending you a big hug.
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Aliveness,
Having the courage to go into your aliveness and not live half-hearted,
To live in between,
Stuck in the past and the future,
We cannot be truly alive.
We live half-hearted,
Always projecting into what could happen or what did happen,
As opposed to just feeling the aliveness of this moment,
Unlike any moment that's been before.
All the experiences we have lead up to the present moment,
Where we can actually see things fresh,
Not through the lens of the past or projecting into the future.
But to see things as they are in the moment is something that's not easy to do.
But it's so rewarding when we can do it.
We let go of our anxieties,
We let go of our frustrations,
And we just take care of what's right in front of us.
And in this way we can appreciate these little things in our day,
Going for a walk,
Having some tea,
Having some food,
Talking with a friend,
End.
This is,
This is life.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
