Perfect when you need a quick reset that feels soulful, grounded, and oh-so-freeing. Ideal for mornings, mental clutter, or mid-day energy slumps. Includes gentle guided movement and breath. A no-perfection-allowed practice — just real release. Let go of what’s weighing you down and walk into your day a little lighter. Mantra: “I move through life — not to fix myself, but to free myself.”

Hey darling,

This is a quick movement meditation to help you shift what's stuck in your body,

Your breath,

Or your mind.

If you can,

Stand with your feet planted firmly on the ground,

Maybe even outside with your toes in the grass.

Go ahead,

Kick off your shoes,

And let yourself feel the earth.

You can close your eyes if that feels good,

Or keep a soft gaze.

Just stay aware of your space,

Because,

Yeah,

We're gonna move and shake a little.

If your shoulders are tight,

Or your jaw has been clenched,

Or your thoughts are spinning,

This one's for you.

You don't have to figure it out,

You just have to move it through.

So,

Let's start by rolling your shoulders,

Big and slow circles,

Backwards first,

And forward,

Let your arms hang loose.

Now,

Gently sway side to side,

You're not trying to look good,

You're just letting your body soften.

Now,

Shake out your arms,

Shake out your legs,

And then let out a sigh.

Now,

Stretch,

Reach all the way up,

And let it go with an exhale.

Feel like you're still holding on to something,

And let's stomp it out.

Left,

Start with your right foot,

And stomp,

Right,

Then left,

Again,

Right,

And left.

Let your arms swing side to side,

Now toss your arms up in the air and say with me,

I release it,

I really let go.

Say it again,

I release it,

I really let it go.

Now,

Let yourself come back to stillness,

Place your hands on your heart,

Or let them rest wherever they feel most at home.

Feel your breath,

Feel your body,

Feel what's shifted,

Maybe your heart's beating a little faster,

Maybe your breath feels smoother now,

Not stuck in your chest,

Maybe there's a little tingle in your body,

Like something old just got shaken loose.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes now and say to yourself,

I'm centered,

I release the energy,

I move,

Movement grounds me,

Stillness centers me,

And I am worthy of both.

Now,

Take a deep breath in,

And let it go.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carry this feeling with you into your day.

As I leave you with this little mantra,

I move through life not to fix myself,

But to free myself.
