Hi Resilient Sunshine!

When it comes to manifestation,

We might think it comes down to a strange magic,

But there's nothing cool here.

It is about embodying what is meant for you,

Embracing every part of it,

Not only in your mind but in your body and in your spirit.

This new year coming up has the potential to be your best year.

If you close your eyes right now and take a few deep breaths at your own rhythm whilst I guide you through this visualization,

You are priming yourself to a sneak peek into your future self.

As you're drawing your final deep breath,

Settling in this mindful practice,

You can already start picturing a door ahead of you.

Everything is dark but you can see the quadrant of this door with light coming from the other side.

Start walking to that door,

Slowly,

Calmly.

Although excitement might be building up slowly,

There is a strange sense of peace you cannot explain.

The closer you get to that door,

The brighter it gets.

And as you put your hand on the handle,

You can feel warmth coming from the other side.

Opening the door wide,

The light gushes and surrounds you entirely,

Brightly,

With warmth and kindness.

Stepping into the light,

Your senses start adjusting and you can picture a scene of what you have accomplished six months from now.

A celebratory smile might start forming on your face.

What can you see?

What are you doing that shows you that your hard work has paid off?

Let the joy hold you tight in its compassionate embrace.

What can you hear?

Are you alone?

Anyone cheering for you?

Or is it the calm and quiet of serenity?

Hmm.

Allow yourself to surrender to every feeling the scene sparks in you.

How grateful are you for this becoming?

Let the gratitude flow through your veins like a hard drug you can never have enough of.

Take a deep breath in,

Allowing it to sink in the deepest corner of your soul.

And breathe out any doubt that might have risen,

Slowly but surely,

Very far away from your vision.

With a final look at your accomplishment,

Start taking a step back towards the open door.

Slowly taking a mindful step after the other until you regain the freshness of the other side.

Close the door on the brightness of a promising future.

You are it.

You have received it already.
