Hi,
My name is Alejandro and welcome to this meditation session where we allow light and everything that is good to permeate the very essence of who we are.
Find a comfortable position to be just as you are,
Whether sitting down or laying down.
Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Feel yourself become more present,
More aware of this moment.
Begin by gently closing your eyes if that feels right for you and start to focus on your breath.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest,
The coolness of the air as it enters your nostrils and the warmth as it leaves.
Realize now that above your head is a warm,
Radiant light.
This light is pure,
Healing,
Full of love and everything that is good.
It is everything positive,
It is joy,
Peace,
Rest,
Clarity.
Visualize it shining brightly,
Ready to pour into you.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this light entering through the top of your head.
Feel it moving down through your body,
Slowly filling every part of you.
With each breath,
This light travels deeper,
Permeating your mind,
Your heart,
Your entire being.
See this light as a golden glowing energy and as it moves through your body,
Feel it dissolving any tension,
Any stress,
Any darkness.
Allow this light to release anything that no longer serves you.
With each exhale,
Let go of all that tension,
Let go of any doubts or fears.
Feel the light pushing out all negativity,
Leaving behind only peace and serenity.
Now,
Focus this light in your heart.
See it growing brighter and stronger there.
Feel it illuminating your deepest self.
Feel your heart being permeated with warmth,
With compassion,
With self-love.
And now,
Allow this light to expand,
And see it fill your chest,
And radiating outward.
And as you continue to breathe,
Let this light expand beyond your body.
Feel it surrounding you in a protective,
Loving glow.
This is your light,
Your inner strength,
Your power.
This is the essence of who you are,
All that is good.
Know that you can tap into this light at any time,
Simply by turning inward and allowing yourself to be open to it.
This,
This is your light,
Your inner strength,
Your power.
Spend a few moments here,
Basking in the warmth and radiance of your own light.
Let yourself be fully immersed in this feeling of peace,
Love,
And pure being.
This,
This is your light,
Your inner strength,
Your power.
When you're ready,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Gently moving your body.
Take a deep breath in,
And feel the light still within you.
And know that it is always there.
As you exhale,
Smile gently,
Feeling gratitude for this time you've taken for yourself.
Whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes gently,
Carrying this sense of peace and light with you as you go forward into your day or night.
