Hi,

My name is Alejandro and welcome to this calming space.

This practice is designed to help ease anxiety by anchoring you to the present moment with powerful affirming statements.

Let these words guide you back to a place of peace,

Reminding you of your strength,

Resilience,

And ability to face whatever comes your way.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Allow your body to relax and close your eyes if that feels safe for you.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Let's do that again.

Deep inhale and a long,

Steady exhale and feel your body soften as you release tension.

Gently bring your focus to my voice as we begin these affirmations.

Feel free to repeat them silently in your mind or out loud.

I am safe in this moment.

I am grounded and supported.

I am capable of handling what comes my way.

I am strong even when I feel uncertain.

I am letting go of what I cannot control.

I am breathing deeply and releasing tension with each breath.

I am worthy of peace and calm.

I surround myself with love and support.

I am open to finding clarity and ease.

I am enough exactly as I am right now.

I am safe in this moment.

I am grounded and supported.

I am capable of handling what comes my way.

I am strong even when I feel uncertain.

As you repeat these affirmations,

Imagine a warm golden light filling your body.

This light begins in your heart and it expands outward with every breath.

It radiates peace,

Calm,

And reassurance,

And it dissolves the tightness of anxiety with every breath.

I am safe in this moment.

I am grounded and supported.

I am capable of handling what comes my way.

I am strong even when I feel uncertain.

I am letting go of what I cannot control.

I am breathing deeply and releasing tension with each breath.

I am worthy of peace and calm.

I surround myself with love and support.

I am open to finding clarity and ease.

Take a moment to simply rest here in this space you've created for yourself.

Feel the calm settling in your body and the stillness in your mind.

Begin to bring soft and slow movements into your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Returning to the present moment,

One last deep breath in.
