And welcome to this guided meditation on overcoming limiting beliefs.
My name is Alejandro and today we'll explore the thoughts and the stories that may be holding you back.
Together we'll gently challenge them and start replacing them with empowering beliefs that align with your true potential and essence.
As we move through deep relaxation,
Visualization,
And affirmations,
Allow yourself to open up to new possibilities and step into a more empowered version of yourself.
So finding a comfortable seated position and closing your eyes,
Let's begin.
Start by connecting with the breath.
Inhale through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
Holding it for 3,
2,
1,
And gently exhale releasing any tension or stress.
Once again,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it for 3,
2,
1,
And let it all go on the exhale.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to become more present,
Fully here in this moment.
Feel the air moving in and out of your body,
Helping you center your mind and ground yourself.
Now let's move into a gentle body scan to deepen our relaxation.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head and notice any tension and as you breathe out imagine that the tension is melting away.
Gently shift your focus to your forehead,
Your temples,
Your eyes.
Allow them to soften and release.
Let your jaw relax and if your tongue is touching the roof of your mouth,
Go ahead and let it rest also.
Feel the wave of relaxation moving down to your neck and shoulders and feel any weight or tightness being released.
With each exhale,
Let go.
Continue to guide your awareness down to your arms,
To your hands,
Your fingers,
And simply notice any sensation with a sense of acceptance.
Bring your focus to your chest and abdomen,
Observing the natural rise and fall of your breath.
Allow your muscles here to soften,
Releasing any held attention.
Now let this relaxation flow down to your legs,
Into your feet and toes,
Grounding you to the earth beneath you and with a sense of acceptance,
Notice how your entire body is now calm,
Relaxed and at peace.
Now as your body and mind continues to settle into a deep sense of relaxation,
I invite you to imagine yourself in a safe and peaceful place.
This could be a real place you've visited or one you create entirely in your mind.
Let this space be your sanctuary,
A place where you feel completely safe,
Supported and at ease.
Begin by noticing the details around you.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
Take a moment to notice the smells in the air.
What textures can you feel?
Allow yourself to fully immerse in this space.
How does it make you feel to be here?
Simply breathe and enjoy the ease of being fully present in this place and know that it is yours to visit whenever you need it.
From this place of safety and peace,
Turn your attention inward,
Gently invite a limiting belief to arise,
A belief that you feel has been holding you back.
It may be a belief you've been carrying for years or something more recent.
Whatever comes up,
Allow it to surface naturally,
Without judgment or resistance.
Simply observe this belief as it comes to your awareness.
Now that this belief is present,
Let's explore it with curiosity.
Ask yourself,
Where did this belief come from?
Is it truly mine or did I adopt it from someone else,
Maybe a parent,
A teacher,
A friend,
A family member or even society?
Allow any insights to arise naturally,
There's no need to force an answer.
Simply observe what comes to mind.
Where did this belief come from?
Is it truly mine or did I adopt it from someone else?
Next,
Reflect on how this belief has influenced your life and ask yourself,
How has this belief shaped my thoughts,
My actions and experiences?
Again,
Just observed,
No judgment.
How has this belief shaped my thoughts,
My actions and experiences?
Now gently challenge this belief and ask yourself,
What if this belief isn't true?
What if it's just a story I've been telling myself?
Imagine your life without this limiting belief.
What new possibilities arise?
How do you think,
Feel or act differently if this belief no longer existed?
Take a moment to allow yourself to vividly imagine this new reality.
What if this belief isn't true?
What if it's just a story I've been telling myself?
As you visualize this new version of yourself,
Let's replace the old belief with an empowering one.
Silently repeat these affirmations if they resonate with you or create one that feels right for you.
I am enough exactly as I am.
I am deserving of love,
Abundance and success.
I have the power to shape my reality.
Feel the truth of these words as you say them.
With every breath,
Imagine them become a part of your inner dialogue,
Strengthening your sense of empowerment.

Notice the rhythm of your breath and gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
When you're ready,
Begin to open your eyes carrying this renewed sense of empowerment with you into your day or night.
