This practice is designed to be upbeat.
It will give you a surge of energy and confidence to go into your day being the best version of you.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable space to be just as we are.
Maybe you're sitting cross-legged or feet on the ground.
Maybe laying down or even standing.
Your position doesn't matter as long as you're comfortable.
I also invite you to smile while practicing.
Become aware of how one smile can set the tone for your entire day.
Now let's take a few conscious breaths together.
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in again,
Breathing in energy and exhale releasing anything that doesn't serve you.
Now just continue to breathe naturally,
Following your own rhythm,
Your own flow.
Breathing calmly,
No effort.
Just allowing yourself to be one with your breath here and now.
