In fact, it's probably more realistic that you’re struggling to balance work, family and home obligations….while trying to carve out time for yourself. Melissa gets it! When she’s not working at her full time corporate job or running around after her family, Melissa’s happy place is on the mat or meditation chair. In her (limited!) spare time, Melissa obtained a 200h Yoga Teacher certification, a Mental Health First Aid certification, and completed a Mindfulness and Well-Being specialization with Rice University. She understands the juggling act so many of us face, and designs brief yet practical yoga and meditation sessions that fit - and bring peace to - your busy life. Leading with a calm and gentle approach, Melissa’s motto is “life's tough…treat yourself gently.”
