You've held so much,
Tried so hard,
Been strong for so long,
But this moment is not for effort,
It's for softness.
Let's create a gentle landing space for your whole being.
Breathe in deeply and exhale with release.
Bring awareness to your body,
From your head top to your foot bottom.
Without judgment,
Notice what's tight,
Tired,
Or tense.
Now imagine your breath as a soft blanket,
Covering those places with care.
This is your soft place to land.
Feel into it.
No one needs you to perform right now.
No one needs answers.
Let your parts rest.
Let your nervous system reset.
Breathe in this affirmation.
It's safe to soften.
Breathe out.
I don't have to hold at all.
Just notice how that feels within your body.
Breathe in the affirmation.
It is safe to soften.
Breathe out.
I don't have to hold at all.
And just notice which part of your body is impacted.
And just hold that.
Now picture yourself lying on the warm earth or floating gently in water or wrapped lovingly in something tender.
Let yourself feel supported.
This is not a weakness.
This is wisdom.
As you breathe naturally now,
Repeat,
I am safe to rest.
My softness is sacred.
I am held even when I let go.
Allow these words to go deeper with each breath.
I am safe to rest.
What parts of you are embracing the invocation?

Which parts of you needed to hear this truth that they're sacred,
That they're valuable,
That they're valued?
I am held even when I let go.
Which parts of you needed to know that there's strength even when you have to release,
There's safety even when you let go,
That there's security?
Return to this landing space as often as you need to.
It's always here.
It's within you.
Because you,
My dear,
Are remarkable.
And even your softness is strong.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
