Greetings and welcome to today's meditation from the You Are Remarkable series.

You are not broken.

This is your time to return to the truth of who you are.

You do not need to fix anything right now.

You don't need to perform,

To prove,

Or to be perfect.

You are here to remember something simple,

Powerful,

And sacred.

You are not broken.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it,

And exhale slowly through the mouth.

Let's begin.

As you settle into stillness,

Bring awareness to your breath.

No need to change it,

Just notice it,

Gently flowing in and out.

And if it feels right to do so,

Place your hand on your heart.

Feel its rhythm,

The pulse of life,

The steady beat that carried you through it all.

Whisper to yourself softly,

I am not broken.

I am becoming.

Repeat it again.

I am not broken.

I am becoming.

Feel those words drop into your body,

Into the parts of you that have questioned,

Doubted,

Or felt unworthy.

There may be stories within you,

Old echoes of not enoughness.

You may have carried labels,

Shame,

Or invisible wounds.

But right here,

Right now,

You are being witnessed through a different lens.

Not for what needs to be fixed,

But for all that is still whole within you.

The cracks you carry are not signs of failure.

They are entryways,

Gateways to deeper love,

Deeper wisdom,

And becoming.

You are not broken.

You are being beautifully reshaped,

And that shaping is not your shame.

It is your story.

Take that in.

You are not broken.

Let your breath return to the center of your awareness.

Breathe in this truth.

I am not broken.

Breathe out this release.

I am enough.

Notice how it feels in your body.

Let these words anchor in you today.

I am being made whole,

Not because I was ruined,

But because I'm returning to the truth I never left.

You are remarkable,

Exactly as you are.

And this,

This moment,

Is a doorway to everything you've been waiting for.

Take one last deep breath in,

And hold it.

Allowing it to sweep through you,

And just release it.

And as you do,

You're releasing all the stuff that no longer serves you.

And when you're ready,

Gently return to the world,

Centered,

Softened,

And knowing.

What is it that you know?

You were never broken.

You are becoming.
