Guided Meditation to deepen self-love,
Self-acceptance,
And self-compassion.
Many of us are not aware of our true nature.
This guided meditation is meant to align you with what you truly are,
Which is the energy of love.
When we love,
Accept ourselves,
Feel appreciative,
Valuable,
Precious,
Sacred,
Abundant,
And simply present here engaged fully,
We get to experience the magic,
The miracle that we are.
Regardless of how we were raised or who raised us,
Who loved us,
Who our caregivers were,
Right now we have the choice to decide,
To own that we are love,
To embrace our past and create a new perception of ourselves,
That we are lovable,
That we flow the energy of love through our bodies,
And that we are here to simply be the embodiment of love.
We were created on purpose by a divine,
Powerful force of creation.
Many of us live our lives based on our childhood,
Our upbringing,
And how our parents treated us.
Some of us call this victim mentality.
Are you aware that you might be basing your ability to love yourself on how people treated you as a child?
How our mom's pregnancy was when we were inside of our mother's influence,
How we feel when we're born.
Today we get to cleanse and clear away any fears,
Any unlovability,
Any insecurities,
Any low self-worth.
We get to align today.
Are you ready,
Willing,
And able to be lovable?
Are you truly ready to embrace your nature that is divine and pure love?
Sometimes we complain about our past,
We talk about our past,
And we say that we want to be loved.
We say that we want to feel lovable and attract an amazing partner.
We say that,
But many of us inside unconsciously sabotage ourselves,
Or we really don't know how to receive love.
Could that be you?
To truly love,
We must let go of our tight control.
Love is the fullness of feeling that arises out of our need to open and connect.
Love is the reason for life.
Love is the force of creation.
Allow yourself to lay down now and create a loving nest of support for you to enjoy your journey to a deeper self-love now.
As you lay down,
Make sure that every part of your beautiful,
Sacred,
Divine,
And precious body temple is supported like a king or a queen,
Depending on your gender.
Do you feel safe and supported now?
Make sure that you feel held for this meditation.
You are precious.
You are a miracle,
And you are so worthy of feeling so love-able,
Because love is your fuel for your heart and soul.
When we simply are present,
We get to experience the magic of this moment,
Where we get to uncover the love that we are.
So we begin by asking ourselves,
How am I living my life?
Do I show up loyally to myself?
Am I loyal to myself?
Do I treat myself in a way that is full of self-respect?
Do I say words throughout my day about myself that uplift me?
And do I honor my feelings and make the time to actually check in with how I feel?
Notice what arises for you.
Exhaling through your nose,

Close your eyes and feel the breath,
The breath of life flowing through you,
Feeling so grateful for your life,
Exactly as it is.

Noticing how you feel in this present moment about yourself,
What's really here.

As far as my ability to love myself in this moment,
Based on my past,
My past perceptions,
The narrative,
The stories that I've created about my lovability,
Where am I at right now?
Do I feel I love myself 10 out of 10?
On a scale of zero to 10,
Where do I land right now?
Do I love myself a five,
Half of the maximum that I could ever imagine myself loving myself?
Or am I a two or a three?
What's really there?
Do I feel as if I'm an eight out of 10?
I'm well on my way to a 10?
Is it easy for me to really be honest with myself?
Or do I feel guilty or ashamed at my number or where I'm at?
Ah.
We're going to go back in time now,
And we're going to take an inventory,
Which will cause feelings to come up for you.
Are you open to being welcoming and inviting of all the authentic feelings that you've been keeping inside of yourself all these years?
Allow emotions to come up from the past.
Emotions are energy in motion,
And the safer we feel,
The more supported we feel,
We get to be vulnerable,
Intimate with ourselves.
We get to go inside and feel what's really there.
Many of us are hiding our true feelings from ourselves to protect ourselves from the many,
Many hurts from our past.
Many of us were not parented in ways that led us to believe that we are lovable.
Is that you?
Our parents may have abandoned us.
Our parents might have been emotionally unavailable.
We may not even have felt that our needs were met,
Our emotional needs.
We may not have even felt that we were accepted by our parents,
Or by our culture or religion.
Was that you?
Allow yourself to notice what's arising as I'm speaking.
I'm speaking to your unconscious mind,
Which is your whole body.
Is there a part of me that feels unlovable?
Did I learn that I was a precious,
Divine miracle made of love?
Or was I neglected and abandoned?
Or ignored?
Or was I taken for granted or unappreciated?
Was I abused mentally or emotionally?
Was I physically abused?
Were my parents alcoholic or drug addicted?
Were my parents addicted to working all the time?
Did my parents make me a priority in their lives?
Or did they argue in front of me?
Did my parents remember me and my important holidays,
Birthdays?
Did I feel considered,
Supported and loved?
Take a deep breath in and continue to allow these emotions to come up.
Inhale through your nose and exhale the sound,
Ah.
Make sure you're laying down,
Your eyes are closed.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale the sound,
Ah.
And I invite you to grab a pillow and hug it and pretend that that's you.
That's you as a child.
Tune into how you felt as a little one.
Hold yourself and imagine yourself as your ideal parent.
Are you willing to re-parent yourself now and replace after processing those feelings whatever hurts of the past with a new divine mother and father feeling?
Notice if there's any sadness,
Any resentment that's still there.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale,
Ah.
Maybe there's anger,
Resentment,
Deep sorrow,
Sadness.
Unmet expectations open up your body even more.
I invite you to explore how does my chest feel?
How does my heart feel when I think about my past and my love ability?
Deep breath in.
You're safe.
Your feelings matter.
Are you willing to let go of everything inside your body that is not love?
That was created from the perceptions that you created as a child?
That you were unlovable?
Inhale through your nose even deeper.
Exhale,
Open your mouth wide.
Ah.
And allow everything that is not love to disintegrate,
To evaporate,
To release and transmute right now.
This is your time right now to let go of the baggage,
To let go of all that resentment that's been eating away at your cells.
Have I been cheating on myself?
Am I hard on myself?
Am I irritated by myself?
Have I judged myself?
Do I feel stuck in my life?
Have I been disloyal to myself?
Am I holding on to any sadness?
Ah.
Have I been critical of myself?
Notice what arises.
Breathe it in and breathe it out.
Allow your emotions to come up and arise.
Things of the past,
Based on these questions that I ask,
It's normal for this to happen.
Our bodies are always listening to us and we can ask ourselves questions to help ourselves,
To liberate ourselves of everything that is not love.
Ah.
Some of us are ashamed of what comes up.
Are you willing to shift your shame into acceptance,
Vulnerability,
And compassion?
We're all doing the best we can.
We would have done differently if we knew differently.
Are you willing to embrace all of who you are and forgive yourself for the past?
If you've ever been disloyal to yourself and gave yourself up for others in pursuit of being loved,
Are you willing to forgive yourself?
Were you ever a doormat?
Did you ever say yes when you really wanted to say no?
Were you scared that you weren't going to be loved or that you were going to be rejected?
Notice what arises.
Where have I given myself up?
Have you let go of your dreams?
Have you not made joy and passion and purpose a priority in your life?
Did you think that life was all about working,
Producing,
And that success was something that could be measured from the outside?
How are your priorities in your life?
Are you number one on your list?
When you wake up in the morning,
Do you do you first?
Do you make sure to go to the bathroom in the morning immediately after you wake up and to drink some water and hydrate?
Do you make it a priority to create an optimum mindset of abundance and love every single morning and remember that it's your nature to be a miraculous,
Magical,
Powerful,
Loving,
And abundant king and queen in your life?
Do you start your day filling yourself up with the deepest,
Fullest breath,
Remembering that you are the energy of love?
Can you imagine if you could let go of your past,
All the narratives,
All the titles,
All the stories that you created that kept you from realizing that you're a powerful being that radiates love?
Can you imagine how your life would be different?
Allow yourself to step into the future now,
Three months from now.
Imagine that you listen to this meditation every single day and you reprogram your mind and you align your feelings with your conscious intentions,
Your desires.
Everything is in alignment and you radiate the feeling of love everywhere you go.
Can you imagine if your go-to was compassion,
Love,
Acceptance,
Kindness,
Appreciation towards yourself?
Three months from now,
Can you imagine what it would feel like if you would make yourself the priority in the morning,
You would make time to commune with yourself and meditate or pray or simply be mindful as you get ready in the morning?
You're mindful that you are miraculous and magical and as you brush your teeth in the morning,
You look into your eyes in the mirror and you tell yourself in your mind,
I love you.
I love you.
I see you.
I see the love that you are.
And every single day,
You allow yourself to feel so abundant.
You open up your arms every single day and you make sure to receive yourself fully.
And you're so loyal to yourself every single moment.
You check in with yourself before you answer yes or no to someone and you make sure that you honor your yes and your no.
And you share vulnerably when you feel nervous that you're sharing from your heart and it might not be what that person wants you to say or hear.
And you share vulnerably the truth,
The truth inside of you because you know that to cheat on yourself and be disloyal or betray yourself is the greatest hurt to your self-love.
Can you imagine living your life 100% of the time loyally to yourself?
How differently would your life be?
What would you no longer be doing?
Imagine three months from now you're already there,
100% committed to self-love in every moment.
And what if your self-love would actually heal others?
What if you showing up authentically as you would heal others and teach them from your being love how to love themselves?
Imagine yourself living in the fullness and the richness of the love that you are by living aligned with your heart and soul's guidance.
Can you imagine living your life this way?
Take a deep breath in and imagine it.
Allow yourself to create and dream.
What would this feel like if my parents taught me how to love myself by loving me so deeply?
What if my parents loved their work,
Their passionate?
What if my parents lived a passionate,
Abundant,
Miraculous life?
What if I woke up in the morning and I was so excited to start my day with my parents because my parents would inspire me?
My parents were so uplifting.
Can you imagine what that would have felt like to be raised by parents that believed in you and believed in your dreams?
What if your parents would constantly be asking you,
What do you dream of?
What do you love to do?
When are you your most happiest?
And what if your parents supported you and honored you to develop your gifts,
Your uniqueness exactly the way that it felt aligned for your heart and soul?
Can you imagine how every day would feel like a holiday?
Your parents are kind and respectful to you.
They're considerate and kind towards you.
They're so affectionate and at peace.
Can you imagine your parents communicating authentically and vulnerably,
Intimately with you?
And they would go down to your eye level and they would want to learn more from you because you have so much wisdom as a child.
As a child,
We're born so connected to our innate wisdom.
Imagine being raised by parents that respect their children and they nourish their inner child and they're playful and spontaneous.
Imagine your parents going with the flow,
Being comfortable in the unknown and feeling that they are abundant.
So creative.
And imagine your parents being healed and whole related to their own sexuality.
Your parents teach you how to be sacred,
Sexual,
Spiritually connected.
Your parents educate you to be sexually empowered.
They teach you how to harness and express fully all out your creativity.
And you feel so empowered to embrace all of yourself from your parents loving all of who you are.
Take that in.
Imagine how that would feel if it was already true.
That was already your past now.
Open up your body and imagine this amazing life was your life in the past now.
And imagining yourself fully lovable.
I am lovable.
I am lovable.
I give myself permission to be lovable now.
I embrace my lovability now.
I am free to be lovable.
I choose to be lovable now.
I am grateful I am lovable now.
I love that I am lovable now.
Feeling deeply.
Can you feel the love?
Notice how you feel now.
Checking in with yourself.
Is there still a part of me that I don't like in my personality,
In my way of being,
My habits,
Or in my body?
Is there a part of my body that I criticize?
Or am I willing now to love that part of me that criticizes myself?
Am I willing now to love it all?
Am I willing to just say yes to deeper self-love and self-acceptance?
Everything is a mindset.
You get to choose to shift now.
Are you willing and open and ready to experience pure love with yourself,
With your past,
With your future?
We attract how we feel.
And how we feel is based on how we think.
Our perceptions influence how we feel.
You will only attract into your life the vibration of how you feel.
What would you like to now attract into your life?
And how would you feel to attract that if it was your reflection?
It is your reflection.
Am I still unforgiving towards myself?
Is there a part of me that I am ashamed of?
Allow yourself to go deeper now.
What do I hide to protect myself from myself?
Where have I disconnected?
Have I given my power away to my past,
My parents,
Or others?
Am I willing to reclaim those parts of me and love that part of me?
Are you willing to love the parts of you that forgot about you?
Are you willing to love now the parts of you that didn't consider you?
Are you willing to love now the parts of you that guilted you and shamed you?
Are you willing to love now the part of you that said,
There's a lot here to heal.
There is so much that's going to take years.
Are you willing to love that part of you that complicates things?
Just say yes.
Say yes I am.
I am ready to love all the parts of me that have been so difficult to love.
I'm ready to love the parts of me that I have hidden away that I don't even know are down there in my unconscious.
I'm willing to love those parts of me that are unforgivable.
Are you willing to forgive the unforgivable?
Yes.
And are you willing to love the unlovable?
Yes.
It's simply a choice to say yes.
I decide to say yes.
I choose to say yes.
I'm free to say yes.
I am grateful that I decide now to say yes to self-love.
And are you willing to imagine if you could imagine what that would feel like to truly love yourself now?
Think into the future three months from now if you already knew how to love yourself.
You already know how to love yourself now.
That's right.
And imagine what that would feel like as I love myself.
Can you feel me?
Can you feel what that feels like to love yourself?
If you've watched any of my videos or listened to any of my story,
I love myself.
And I want you to feel this energy of self-love right now because the only way that we can actually allow others to love us is if we first love ourselves.
We cannot receive from others what we don't receive from ourselves.
It's impossible.
You will think it's love.
If you really don't love yourself,
You're just going to pretend and imagine and fake it till you make it.
The deepest form of love is simply being with yourself.
And I invite you right now to allow yourself to lay here with yourself.
Maybe this meditation caused emotions to come up and you're still not feeling the love.
The first step to loving yourself is to love all the parts of you that are not lovable.
Allow yourself right now to investigate,
To be curious,
And to be in a state of wonder.
Where can I love myself more and accept myself more?
And am I willing to love the unlovable me right now?
Maybe that's your first step for today.
Notice what arises.
Inhale for five seconds.
Exhale,
Ah,
And continue to breathe in this way as I play the Native American flute,
Which is for the note F for the heart,
And allow these sounds and my intention of sending an awakening to a deeper self-love to you.
Allow all your cells to feel and to flow everything that is not love out of your body,
Inhaling for five,
Exhaling for five.
Ah.
If that's what you feel like doing,
Extend your arms and hands up,
Exhale and exhale We are love.
That's what we are.
And our purpose is to be what we are,
Which is love.
When we love,
We secrete a neurohormone called oxytocin.
It is the bonding,
Focusing,
Healing,
And pleasure hormone.
This hormone is at its highest the first moment after a woman gives birth naturally and places her baby on her chest and looks into their eyes.
This also happens when we breastfeed.
It also happens when we tell someone what we appreciate about them.
It also happens when we are grateful.
It also happens when we simply share from our hearts and feel safe to share how we feel.
This hormone is also secreted when we give a hug.
It's also secreted when we massage,
When we touch.
This hormone is also secreted when we feel full after a meal and when we simply look into the eyes of someone we love or just someone that is open to receiving eye gazing.
And when we orgasm,
We secrete this hormone of love.
Can you feel it?
Are you willing to?
Breathe into your heart.
Breathe into your sexual organs.
Breathe into your skin.
And remember all these different ways.
Singing is another way.
Singing.
Remember all these different ways.
Walking.
Anything that's rhythmical.
Belly dancing.
Moving your body in waves,
Circularly.
Rhythmical breathing.
Inhaling for five.
Exhaling for five.
All of these going out in nature.
Help us to secrete the love hormone.
Are you willing to integrate all these different ways into your life so that you can continue to come back to that love hormone?
And are you willing to live your life creating your own story,
Narrative,
Perception that you are love?
I am love.
I am love.
Regardless of your past,
Are you willing to embody in every cell of your being the energy of love?
The frequency of love?
Yes.
Yes.

Self-love is not being selfish.
I say it's being soul-fish because it's truly the doorway to really truly living a divine and sacred,

When we are not being love,
There's something else there that gets in the way of us really feeling the fully present and embodied loving being that you are born here to be.
And so the more we love,
The more we get to be surrendered in this present moment because when we feel love,
We feel safe.
We feel this energy of love.
Our heart is so electromagnetically charged that you start to associate your reality with energy when you become more loving.
You start to feel the tickles in your heart and that energy flowing through your body.
And remember I said,
The more you orgasm,
The more you feel the energy of love.
The more you look into someone's eyes,
The more you hug,
The more you touch.
You feel this energy of love and it takes over you.
It takes over you.
Miracles start to happen,
Miraculous and magical things.
We're no longer in fear of the unknown.
We're no longer pushing people away because love is connection.
Love is openness.
Love is acceptance,
The acceptance of all.
So we truly get to feel the magic of connection,
The more we love.

I am free to be loyal to myself now.
I decide to prioritize my self-care every day and every morning for the rest of my life.
I choose to live every day as if it were my last.
I decide to feel so grateful for my health.
I decide to heal myself so that I can embody the energy of love richly.
And I decide to feel it now.
I decide to feel the love that I am,
That I've always been,
That I was born here to be.
I decide to receive it all now.
And I am so grateful for it.
I'm so grateful to have arrived here now.
Feel that gratitude and extend your arms out.
Open up your body.
And feel so convinced.
That's it.
