Welcome to Meditation Cat. If you like our channel please like and subscribe. In a busy world it is always good to look after yourself and take time to unwind and relax. Find a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Take a few breaths in and out. Breathing naturally. You are walking along a sandy shore. The waves of the ocean are lapping at your bare feet. The sun is glistening on the sea like sparkling diamonds. As you stare out to sea a movement catches your eye. It is a family of dolphins. You wade into the water and dive to the depths below. Your dolphin friends swim around you in a slow dance and you feel calm and at peace. The water is warm and soothing and eases your tired body. The warm water washes away any stresses and worries and you swim lightheartedly with your dolphin family. Their playful and carefree nature lift your heart and you feel refreshed and revitalized. As you come to the surface and return to the shore you feel at peace and loved. When you are ready open your eyes. You are ready for the day ahead filled with love and happiness.

Thank you, Sarah🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I love the idea of playing with dolphins to rest and rejuvenate. I was surprised that the exploration, the playing was so short. I then used the music time to dream away on my own, yet suddenly hearing your voice again, at the end, somehow did not feel quite right.
As a listener, I would love more balance between the spoken part and the music, maybe let the music fade away🙏🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏🏻
