Where can you show yourself more compassion today? We often hold ourselves to standards we would never demand of those we love. In this practice, we explore the internal dialogue we carry and look for ways to bring more kindness to the places where we are most self-critical. This session is designed to help you bridge the gap between the kindness you offer others and the grace you offer yourself. Using a perspective-shifting framework, we will identify areas of self-judgment and practice treating ourselves with the same grounded support we naturally give to a loved one. What to Expect: Grounding: A brief arrival to settle and arrive in the space. Breathwork: Heart Breathing (inhaling to the heart, exhaling from the heart). Reflection: A guided exercise to visualize how you would treat a loved one in your exact situation. Affirmations: Direct, grounded phrases to help you loosen the grip of self-judgment.
