This is Maryam and we're going to do a short morning affirmation.
Affirmations in the morning can make you feel super pumped and help you get into the right mindset.
And it can be very motivating because words have power and saying positive affirmations out loud or even quietly to yourself can help you carry all of that positivity and energy into your day.
So you can do this in bed when you wake up or you can do it during your morning routine or in front of a mirror.
And all you need to do is just listen and repeat these affirmations after me.

You can bring your left hand on your heart center and your right hand on top or you can bring the palms of your hands together if that feels good for you.
