Welcome,
Friend.
You are here,
And that's everything.
Begin by letting yourself settle into stillness.
Acquired knowing that you are indeed held by the earth,
By the moment,
By this returning of the light.
Close your eyes,
Gently now.
Soften your shoulders,
Loosen your jaw.
Let yourself arrive into this sacred pause.
Let your breath find its own rhythm like the gentle swell of the tide in the ocean,
Like the breeze through fields of gold.
As we honour the summer solstice together,
We honour this threshold of light,
The longest day,
The height of the sun's golden arc,
And the beginning of high summer.
Breathe in and feel warmth,
Not just around you,
But within you,
The kind of warmth that wakes up wildflowers,
That stirs bees from their sleep,
That calls you to bloom now.
Let your inhale be a soft yes to this season,
And let your exhale be a quiet offering of reverence.
Now,
Let's deepen into this together,
As the light stretches in arms across the sky,
It also stretches into you,
Illuminating,
Activating,
Remembering.
Picture yourself now in a wide open meadow,
Golden light spills across the landscape,
The grass is tall,
The air warm,
Alive with the scent of the sun on the earth.
Here,
You pause,
And you feel it,
The fullness of your being,
You've come through the soft gentle promise of spring,
And now,
You stand in the fullness of your own becoming,
Realising what you've grown into this year,
Let the warmth of this season fill you up,
Fill your breath,
Your belly,
Feel the space even behind your eyes.
Say quietly within yourself,
I am ready to bloom,
I honour the light within me,
I am ready to bloom,
I honour the light within me.
The solstice invites us,
Not only to witness the sun,
But also to mirror it,
To shine,
To rise,
To give without depletion,
To glow in presence.
Notice now,
What part of you wants to rise,
What dream wants to grow tall this summer,
What version of you is staring within,
Ready to bloom.
There is no need to force clarity,
Just breathe,
Let summer,
The season hold the questions,
Have faith within,
The warmth will ripen them.
As you sit now in this golden field of your mind,
Let yourself feel gratitude,
Gratitude for this season,
Gratitude for your own energy,
Gratitude for the invitation to grow again and again and again,
You will keep growing,
You have no limits,
This is your season,
Your time to shine.
Now let's gently return,
Begin by feeling the support beneath you,
The ground solid and sure,
The air warm and kind,
And your body pulsing,
Living,
Light-filled,
Beautiful.
Inhale deeply,
Let that breath feel like the morning sunshine,
Exhale slow and steady like honey melting from the comb,
And when you feel ready,
Bring a hand up to your heart and whisper thank you,
To the light,
To the summer,
To the sun,
To the earth,
And to yourself.
Begin to gently move your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Come back,
But keep the warmth within you,
This light,
It's yours to carry,
May you rise into it,
May you bloom through it,
May your summer be a sacred one.
Thank you so much for being here,
Have a beautiful rest of your day and rest of your summer,
Namaste.
