You can do this breathing exercise right where you are whether sitting down or standing up.
As you continue to breathe deeply remind yourself that crises are temporary,
They pass like storms.
Beneath all the chaos is your natural state of clarity and calmness waiting to emerge.
Now focus on grounding yourself in this moment of stillness.
Feel your feet firmly planted on the ground or notice how your body feels supported by whatever is beneath you.
Even in crisis mode remember that clarity will return once things settle down.
This feeling of overwhelm is just passing through.
It doesn't define who you are or how capable you are of handling what's next.
Your innate resilience,
The calm within is always there for you to draw on.
