She grew up in a military family, which taught her early on how to navigate change and find strength through life’s transitions. After spending over 20 years teaching in schools, Lateefah began to focus on the emotional well-being of both students and adults. That journey led me to "Re-wired for Peace," a course specifically designed to help people shift old patterns, manage stress, and build a more peaceful mindset through simple, practical tools. She believes that peace begins within, and her goal is to support others in reconnecting with themselves in a grounded, kind, and sustainable way.
