Welcome home.

It's time to release,

Reset,

And find peace after a long day.

For the next few moments,

This is your time to simply be.

You've made it through the day,

And now it's time to let go of everything.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Let's close our eyes and allow our body to soften.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And as you do,

Feel the air filling your lungs,

Expanding your chest.

Hold for one,

Two,

Three,

And release the breath slowly through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension or worries.

Feel your shoulders relax as you exhale,

Your muscles on their journey to relaxation,

And your mind starting to settle.

Exhale again deeply through the nose,

Holding for three seconds at the top,

And exhale fully through the mouth.

Each breath is a reminder that you are safe,

You're here,

And you are supported.

The rhythm of your breathing becomes a gentle anger,

Grounding you in the present moment.

Let that anger dive deep into the earth until it reaches the earth's core.

Feel that taut connection grounding you,

Supporting you just right.

Settle into this space of peace.

Imagine yourself enveloped in a soft,

Comforting light.

This light surrounds you.

It's warm and protective,

Creating a barrier between you and the stresses of the outside world.

It's a space where only calm,

Only stillness can reach you.

Check in with your body.

Start with your feet.

Feel them relaxing.

There's no need to hold on to any tension here.

Simply release.

Allow this sense of ease to travel up through your legs and to your hips,

Letting them soften and sink deeper into relaxation.

Moving up to your abdomen,

Let your belly relax,

Releasing any tightness or discomfort.

Your chest feels open,

Your breath blowing freely.

Let your back soften,

Easing away any tension that may have built up over the day.

Your shoulders are loose,

Your arms heavy,

And your hands resting gently.

Finally,

Let your face relax.

Unclench your jaw.

Soften the space around your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Imagine all the tension flowing out of your body,

Like a river carrying it far,

Far away.

Your body is at ease.

Let's turn inward to our mind.

Sometimes after a busy day,

Our minds can feel like a whirlpool of thoughts,

Worries about tomorrow,

Reflections on today.

But in this moment,

None of that matters.

In this moment,

You are allowed to simply let go.

Imagine gathering all of these scattered thoughts and placing them in a box,

One at a time,

Each one knowing they'll be taken care of.

You don't need to hold on to them right now.

You don't need to hold on to them at all.

Feel the peace that comes with releasing control.

Trust that everything is being taken care of.

You have a big support team.

Whether it's your loved ones,

The universe,

Or forces beyond your understanding,

All your affairs are being managed.

You are not alone in carrying the weight of your day.

Trust that things are working out for your highest good.

It's okay to let go of the need to figure everything out.

Your heart's opening to the truth that you are supported.

You are guided.

You are safe.

As you breathe in,

Feel the relief that comes with this trust.

No need to control,

To worry,

To carry everything on our backs.

Simply watch it dissolve.

Now,

You can simply be.

Rest in the knowledge that everything is unfolding as it should,

Bringing your awareness to your heart.

As you breathe in,

Imagine you're breathing in peace,

Love,

And ease.

As you exhale,

Release any lingering fear,

Discomfort,

Or stress.

Remember with each breath that you are held,

That you are deeply cared for.

You are never alone in your journey.

Help is always an ask away.

Breathing in more ease,

And breathing out anything that no longer serves you.

Remember that you can return to this feeling of peace anytime you need.

It's always available to you.

All it takes is a few deep breaths,

A moment of trust,

And the willingness to let go.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present,

Feeling the support beneath you,

Becoming aware of the room around you.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Reconnecting with your body.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Bringing this sense of calm and trust with you into the rest of your evening.

You are supported.

You are safe.

You are at peace.
