Hello and welcome to this guided breathwork flow.
My name is Jeremiah Hoft and I will be guiding you through this sweet,
Energizing and nervous system regulating breathwork flow.
It will be 10 rapid circular diaphragmatic breaths controlled hyperventilation.
The breaths look and sound like this.
That was three.
On the tenth and final breath you'll exhale the air all the way out and hold your breath at the bottom for about 30 seconds.
After that we'll inhale,
Hold the breath at the top for another 15 and then let it go.
Following this I will take you through a relaxing practice of breathing through the nose.
So let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and letting go.
And another one.
Feeling the belly,
The chest,
The head and letting go.
And one more breath through the nose.
Filling up and holding at the top here.
Holding and letting go.
Feeling that we've already relaxed our nervous system with those three breaths.
And we'll begin the ten breaths in five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Begin.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Exhale the air all the way out and hold your breath at the bottom.
Keep on holding.
Even if there's some discomfort just continue to hold the breath at the bottom.
We'll take a breath in in ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And hold at the top here.
Keep holding and letting go in five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Now take another breath in through the nose,
Letting go.
Another breath through the nose,
Letting go.
Five more like that.
Two more.
And hold on this next one.
Holding for ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Zero.
Letting the breath go,
Sighing the air out and relaxing your body.
Coming down to stillness within your body and feeling the subtle sensations in your body,
Perhaps near your spine of your nervous system,
Just relaxing and soothing and feeling less stressed and more energized.
Thank yourself for taking the time to nourish your body in this way.
Remember and bring this resourceful energy to all that you do throughout the day.
Have a beautiful,
Blessed day.
Namaste.
