This Breathwork flow will leave you feeling energized, and nourished with your nervous system having more resources to tackle the day. It is a short 10 breath energizing practice, followed by an exhale hold, an inhale hold, and then 7 relaxing and regulating nose breaths. You can radically alter your nervous systems state of being with this short punctuated practice. I recommend giving this a try when you become aware the next time your in a dysregulated or overwhelmed state, you might be happily surprised.
