Kimberly Pask, E-RYT 200, is a yoga teacher and clinical counseling student devoted to the art of mind movement - the subtle shifting of awareness through breath, mantra, and intentional movement. Her work is rooted in somatics, nervous system regulation, and contemplative philosophy, offering practices that cultivate steadiness, resilience, and embodied clarity. She is trained in trauma-informed and somatic approaches (Hala Khouri, Collective Resilience), Y12SR Yoga for Recovery (Nikki Myers), Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT), and is an EMDR-trained clinician. As a clinical counseling intern, she integrates humanistic and trauma-informed frameworks with DBT-informed emotional-regulation skill-building. Influenced by Sāṃkhya philosophy, Kim guides practitioners to witness the layers of sensation, thought, and awareness — cultivating discernment between what shifts and what remains steady within. Through movement, sound, and spacious stillness, she creates grounded spaces that support nervous system balance and reconnection to innate clarity.
