
Light Body Activation - Source Of All (with Soft Music)
In this meditation, you’ll activate a felt sense of your light body, recognizing and feeling this luminous dimension of your being. You can imagine and feel your light body as nested fields of light. Attuning with these nested Lightfields supercharges your health, energy, mood, and focus and gives you a strongly felt sense of connection with your essential Being and the Source of All. This longer version of the practice includes Light Core Breathing, expansion of the Light in your heart out through the whole Lightfield of Life, and resting in the Source Of All. Light Body Activation In this meditation,
You'll activate a felt sense of your light body,
Recognizing and feeling this luminous dimension of your being.
You can imagine and feel your light body as nested fields of light.
The light of your soul anchors in your heart,
Which generates a central channel of light running up through the core of your body,
From your perineum to your crown.
This central channel generates the light field of your energy body,
Which is the template within which your physical body forms.
The light field of your soul extends from your heart and central channel,
Out through your physical and energy bodies and all around them,
Merging with the greater light field of all life,
Which arises from and within the source of all.
Attuning with these nested light fields supercharges your health,
Energy,
Mood and focus and gives you a strongly felt sense of connection with your essential being and the source of all.
As you go through this practice,
You may or may not feel strong sensations.
Whatever you feel or don't feel is okay.
Know that there's a deeper intelligence guiding this process and that it will unfold in the best way for you at this moment.
With consistent practice,
The sensory experience of light will awaken more and more,
And the positive effects of the practice will expand and grow.
Let's begin by sitting comfortably upright,
With the soles of your feet firmly on the ground.
This posture facilitates energy circulation in your legs and feet,
Which supports the feeling of being grounded by the earth.
Rest your palms cupped in your lap in an open,
Receptive posture.
This hand position emphasizes openness as well as an all-embracing,
Heart-centered quality.
Lightly close your eyes.
Closing your eyes facilitates interoception,
Feeling inner sensations.
As you begin this practice,
Consider dedicating it to the benefit of all beings,
Recognizing that we are all connected through the one life we all share.
Now,
Take a moment to settle in your seat,
And be present in your body.
Allow yourself to be just as you are.
Now,
Let's move deeper into present embodied awareness by focusing down into feeling the sensations of contact of the soles of your feet on the ground.
You can wiggle your toes and press your feet down into the ground to bring your attention down here.
Then,
Allow your feet and your toes to soften and relax as if they are melting deep down into the earth.
Feel down into the consciousness of the earth.
This deeply grounded presence in which we live,
Allow the feeling of grounded presence to flow up through the soles of your feet,
Up through your shins and calves,
Up through your knees and thighs,
Into your hips and pelvic bowl,
Resting down in your seat.
Feel the weight of your body resting down in your seat,
Resting down on the earth.
You are fully present here,
Now,
In this body,
On this earth.
Focus into your palms and fingers resting cupped in your lap.
Awaken sensory awareness here in your hands and allow your hands to soften and relax as if they are melting down into your legs.
Feel the soft openness in your hands,
Connected with the soft openness of your heart.
Feel the warm embrace of your hands and heart.
As your hands relax even more,
Allow your arms and shoulders to relax down,
Releasing any tension in your shoulders,
Neck,
And your head.
Imagine and feel as if a string is attached to the top of your head,
Drawing your spine gently upright,
Like a string of luminous pearls.
Feel your spine gently stretched from your perineum and tailbone,
Right up through the top of your head,
Like a stream of light flowing upwards,
Up through the core of your body and through the top of your head,
Opening to the vast,
Clear sky above.
Feel the vast openness of the sky,
Opening your mind.
Now,
Tuck your chin just slightly,
Gently lengthening the back of your neck.
Lightly close your lips and breathe in and out through your nose.
Nasal breathing calms your nervous system.
It warms and purifies the air you breathe in,
And it generates nitric oxide,
Which dilates your blood vessels and bronchial tubes,
Increasing oxygenation and energy.
As you continue nasal breathing,
Rest your tongue upon the roof of your mouth,
With the tip of your tongue touching the gum line behind your upper front teeth.
Soften and relax your tongue here.
Softening your tongue is another calming cue,
Which sends a relaxation signal to the vagus nerve,
Which originates in the brainstem,
In the center of your brain.
As you soften and relax your tongue even more,
Feel this relaxation traveling back along your tongue into the center of your brain,
Lighting up the center of your brain with relaxed aliveness.
Breathe in and out through the center of your brain to amplify the feeling of energy.
Now,
Breathe in through your brainstem up into the center of your brain,
And breathe out through the center of your brain to focus the energy here.
Now,
Breathe in through your upper nasal passages,
Drawing energy back into the center of your brain,
And breathe out through the center of your brain.
Now,
Breathe in,
Drawing energy from the top of your head down into the center of your brain,
And breathe out through the center of your brain.
Breathe this effervescent energy in and out through the center of your brain.
Now,
Breathe this light in and out through your whole brain,
Lighting up your frontal lobes,
Your temporal lobes on the sides,
Parietal lobes on the top,
And occipital lobes in back.
Breathe this light in and out through your eyes,
Your nasal passages,
Your ears,
Your mouth and tongue.
Breathe this light through your teeth,
Gums and the nerve roots of your teeth.
Smile,
A subtle smile,
As you enjoy the feeling of this light infusing your whole head,
Brain and sensory organs.
Feel this light flowing down from the center of your brain,
Down through your throat,
Lighting up your throat and thyroid.
Smile and breathe this light in and out through your throat and thyroid.
Feel it flowing down through your upper chest,
Lighting up your thymus in the center of your upper chest.
Smile and breathe in and out through your thymus in the center of your upper chest.
Feel this light flowing down through your heart,
Lighting up your heart.
Smile and breathe in and out through your heart to amplify the signal here.
Smile with lightness and love in your heart.
Feel this light shining out from your heart through your shoulders,
Arms and hands.
Feel this light radiating from your heart through your whole chest and upper back,
Illuminating and warming your lungs.
Smile and breathe this light in and out through your lungs.
Feel this light shining out through your liver at the base of your ribs on the right in front.
Smile and breathe this light in and out through your liver.
Feel this light shining out through your kidneys at the base of your ribs on both sides of your spine in back.
Smile and breathe this light in and out through your kidneys.
Feel this light shining out through your spleen and pancreas just to the left and behind your stomach.
Smile and breathe this light in and out through your spleen and pancreas.
Feel this light shining out through your stomach and intestines.
Smile and breathe this light in and out through your whole abdomen.
Now,
As you breathe in,
Feel a downward pressure in your perineum filling up your lower abdomen from the bottom up.
And as you breathe out,
Relax down in your seat and feel a deep sense of grounded presence in your abdomen,
Hips,
Legs and feet.
Again,
Breathe in,
Filling up,
And breathe out,
Relaxing down.
Now,
Let go of breathing and feel your body as a whole from the inside.
Feel the entire space inside and including your skin,
Fully present,
Alive with energy.
Smile as you enjoy this whole body sensation of luminous presence.
Feel as if every cell is smiling,
Radiating pure positive energy to every other cell,
Creating a relaxed,
Positive,
Nurturing inner environment in which all your cells thrive.
You are a being of light and your body is an expression of light arising within the pure light of source.
Now,
We're going to amplify the light core within.
In a moment,
I'll guide you to breathe up and down through the central channel in the core of your being.
I'll describe this breath first.
When you breathe in,
Feel a downward pressure in your perineum.
Gently squeeze your perineum and feel that downward pressure turn into an upward rising current,
Flowing up through the core of your body,
Up through your heart,
Up through the center of your brain,
To the top of your head.
Pause and feel this whole channel filled with this vibrant current.
Then exhale,
Let go,
And allow the energy to flow effortlessly down,
Returning to the perineum again.
To facilitate the feeling of upward flow,
Draw a long,
Full in-breath.
Tuck your chin slightly and feel your breath flowing along the back of your throat,
Imagining and feeling the energy current flowing upward from the perineum all the way up to the top of your head.
And as you exhale,
Really let go and allow the energy to flow effortlessly down,
Returning to the perineum again.
Okay,
Let's begin.
Breathe in,
Feel a downward pressure in your perineum.
Gently squeeze your perineum and feel that downward pressure turn into an upward rising current,
Flowing all the way up to the top of your head.
Pause and feel this whole current at once,
Lighting up the core of your being.
Exhale slowly,
Let go,
And allow the energy to flow effortlessly down,
Returning to the perineum again.
Continue breathing in this way at whatever pace feels good to you.
Now,
At the end of your next exhalation,
Let go of breathing and feel the energy flowing through the whole central channel at once.
Focus into your heart in the center of the central channel,
And breathe in and out through your heart to concentrate the energy here.
Feel your heart shining like the sun,
Shining out through all of your senses.
All your cells,
And all the way out through the pores of your skin.
Feel it shining out through the light field of your soul all around you.
You may feel this light as a pure,
Transparent,
Diamond light.
Feel this light shining out from your heart in all directions through the whole light field of life,
Embracing all beings in pure diamond light.
Feel this light shining out infinitely in all directions.
As far as you can imagine,
There is no boundary to this infinite light,
No beginning and no end,
All embracing,
Loving light.
Now,
Sense that from which and within which the light arises,
The source of this light,
The primordial background,
Prior to names and forms,
Prior to space and time,
Boundless,
Timeless,
Source of all.
This transparent background permeates the foreground,
So there is only this.
What is it like?
Now,
Feel the light shining forth from this vastness.
Through the nested light fields of creation,
From undifferentiated source,
Feel the whole light field of life arising,
The light field of all beings together at once.
Feel the light field of your soul arising within the light field of life.
Feel the light field of your energy body arising within the light field of your soul.
And feel your physical body arising in the light field of your energy body.
From a center point in your heart,
Feel the light of your soul radiating outward through all your cells and out through all that is,
No inside,
No outside,
Illumined by the source of all.
Notice how you feel.
Really soak in this feeling.
Let it saturate your being.
Let it shine from your heart out through all your cells and out through the whole light field all around.
Smile as you record this feeling of luminous,
Alive presence.
The light of source is always here.
Sometimes it may seem veiled by identification with thoughts,
Emotions,
Or physicality.
Yet,
It is always present underneath and through it all as the essence of who you are.
By attuning with this light of source,
You are naturally drawn to what is best for you and others.
You feel the flow of life through you and live by the inspirations of this flow.
To attune with this flow,
Feel the light of source shining from your heart out through your whole body and the whole light field of life.
Slowly begin to open your eyes and feel the space inside and all around as one vast,
All-embracing space of light.
Feel your feet on the ground,
Connected with the grounded presence of the earth,
And bring this heart-centered,
All-embracing light into your day,
To everyone you meet,
All of whom are also expressions of this light.
