This meditation is for the late-night warriors. For the parents navigating long nights and repeated wake-ups, where endurance is quietly demanded again and again. In these moments, the most supportive thing we can do is soften our grip and release control. Together, we’ll gently ground into the senses of this moment—breath, body, and presence—and remember that the ability to respond, to hold, and to calm your child is already within you. You are not alone. You are capable. And you are exactly who your child needs right now. If wearing headphones, it is recommended to remove one during the "grounding ourselves in sound" portion of the meditation.
